Abstract

A disposition introduced in support (1) is described, equipped with body (2), in shape of a cone, such that the body (2) has a closed lower end, representing a bottom (3). The upper end (2 a) of the body (2) is equipped with a prolongation, representing a flap (4) which is disposed over its entire extent.

Description

  • This model refers to a disposition introduced in a support for ice cream cone equipped with elements for better hygiene and different uses.
  • “DESCRIPTION OF THE STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE”
  • The currently served ice cream cone usually comes with a napkin that wraps the said cone, to avoid direct contact with the consumer's hand with mentioned item.
  • Meanwhile, the ice cream tends to melt and, this way, drips along the wall of the cone and consequently, on the napkin, messing the consumer's hand and even the floor of the area where it is found.
  • Alternatively, there is also a paper cone that wraps the ice cream cone, whose sole usability is to avoid direct contact of the consumer with the mentioned item, since this will be consumed afterwards, at the end of the mass of ice cream.
  • “SUMMARIZED DESCRIPTION OF THE DESIGNS”
  • This model, as follows, will be more briefly described based on an example of execution represented in the designs. The figures show:
  • FIG. 1—a frontal view and in section of a first variation of the support, object of this model;
  • FIG. 2—a frontal view and in section of second variation of the support, object of this model;
  • FIG. 3—a frontal view and in section of a third variation of the support, object of this model;
  • FIG. 4—a frontal view and in section of a fourth variation of the support, object of this model;
  • FIG. 5—a frontal view and in section of a fifth variation of the support, object of this model; and
  • FIG. 6—a frontal view and in section of a sixth variation of the support, object of this model.
  • “DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES AND THE MODEL”
  • As it can be seen from FIG. 1, a support for ice cream cone 1, equipped with body 2, in the shape of a cone. The body 2 has a closed lower end, representing a bottom 3, which preferably can be flat, whose function will be explained further ahead.
  • The upper end 2 a of the body 2 is equipped with a prolongation, representing a flap 4, which is disposed on its entire extent.
  • The flap 4 can be provided in any shape, such that, both on its inner wall 4 a and on its outer wall 4 b, media space can be provided for exposition of advertisement of any purpose.
  • Such media space can also be provided, on the outer wall of the body 2 of the support 1.
  • The ice cream (not shown) is placed inside the flap 4, leaning on the upper end 2 a of the body 2. This way, when the mass ice cream starts to melt, the drops that begin to drip descend through the inner walls of the body 2 and are deposited at the bottom 3.
  • The consumer can, this way, take the melted ice cream, deposited at the bottom 3 of the body 2, transforming the support 1 into a provisional glass, such that later on, he can reuse it, since preferably the support 1 is supplied in plastic material, for example.
  • Furthermore, the body 2 has slots 5, to make easier the handling of the support 1, preventing this to slip from the consumer's hand.
  • Moreover, depending on the construction of the support 1, this can be transformed into a toy for the consumer, as it can be seen in FIGS. 3 to 6, as for example, a helicopter, or even a flower.
  • Having been described an example of preferred concretization, it must be understood that the scope of this model covers other possible variations, which is limited only by the content of the appended claim, where the possible equivalents are included.
