Abstract
The E-Z Lift is designed to provide consumers a convenient, hands free method of lifting and lowering the toilet seat. Manufactured of heavy duty injection molded plastic, sleek stainless steel, or fancy polished wooden material.
The E-Z Lift is a flat, “T” shaped unit, with the extended handle measuring several inches in length and approximately 1″ in width, configured specifically so that the horizontal support plate would be easily mounted to the underside of the toilet seat. The E-Z Lift would provide consumers a simple, yet cleaver means of lifting and lowering the toilet seat.
The E-Z Lift would protect the user from coming into contact with germs and bacteria that are often found on the underside and top of the toilet seat. The E-Z Lift could be secured to the underside of the seat by way of self-adhesive gluestrips, or fasteners included for sale with the device.

- This application claims the benefit of provision patent application Ser. No. 60/993,335 filed Sep. 10, 2007 by the present inventor.

- This application relates to a handle attached to the toilet seat to avoid coming into direct contact with germs and bacteria that are often found on the underside and top of the toilet seat.
- The E.Z. Lift would provide consumers a simple, yet clever means of lifting and lowering the toilet seat. Male consumers should appreciate that simply by grasping the conveniently located handle extension, they could easily lift the seat up off the toilet, replacing it in a similar fashion after use. Additionally, the practical placement of the handle would provide a visual remainder to those men and boys who typically do not lift the toilet seat to do so. - Those skilled in the art will understand from the foregoing that the invention has been described with reference to its preferred embodiments and that substitutions or changes in materials or configuration may be made and still fit within the spirit and scope of the present invention, which is intended to be limited only by the accompanying claims appended hereto.
Claims (3)
1. A toilet seat handle that provides consumers a simple yet clever means of lifting and lowering the toilet seat.
2. The toilet seat handle also has a double sided adhesive tape to simply attach the E.Z. Lift to the underside of the toilet seat.
3. The toilet seat handle is further comprised of a die cut plastic material.
