Abstract

An automatic fast winding machine includes a machine table, a support frame, a feeding tank, a rotary disk, plural guide rollers, a press roller, a saw-teeth cut device and a collect frame. A large roll of packing film is hung on the support frame. Packing film extends from the large roll, guided by the guide rollers pressed tightly by the press roller, and wound around a cylinder that falls down from the guide hole and supported on one of the support rods, and then the rotary disk turns for 90 degrees once to let the packing film cut by the saw-teeth cut device. Then the cylinder wound with packing film becomes a small roll of packing film to fall down along the collect frame and received and collected therein. All the operations are automatically performed by the machine with fast speed, enhancing production.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • This invention relates to an automatic fast winding machine, particularly to one winding a large roll of packing film into small rolls with fast speed, shortening time needed for winding and largely boosting production.
  • 2. Description of the Prior Art
  • Common packing film is generally wound into a large roll at first, at then the large roll is again wound into a plurality of small rolls of packing films (a) by means of a special winding machine 1. A common winding machine 1 used for this is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, including a machine table 10, a support frame 11 fixed on the machine table 1 for hanging a large roll of packing film (a), a plurality of guide rollers 12 and a press roller 13 orderly arranged on the machine table. Then the packing film (a) is pulled to extend around the guide rollers 12 pressed tightly by the press roller 13. Further, the winding machine includes a transport frame 14, a pinch unit 15 and an electric cut device 16 on the machine table 1, and a tank 17 provided at one side of the machine table 10 for storing a plurality of cylinders (b) for winding packing film (a) of the large roll. The transport frame 14 will send out a cylinder (b) from a hole formed in a lower end of a sidewall of the tank 17 to the pinch unit 15, which then pinches the cylinder (b) in position so that the packing film (a) may be pulled to be wound on the cylinder (b). After a proper length of the packing film (a) has been wound on the cylinder (b), the pinch unit 15 moves the cylinder already wound with packing film (a) upward to the electric cut device 16, which then cuts the packing film (a) off the large roll, finishing one round of winding the small roll of packing film. However, one round of winding work by this machine is quite slow, impossible to mass produce.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • This invention has been devised to offer an automatic fast winding machine for winding packing film from a large roll to a small roll with fast speed, in order to shorten winding time needed and accordingly enhancing production.
  • The features of the invention are a machine table, a feeding tank for storing and feeding cylinders for winding packing film, a guide hole provided in the feeding tank for cylinders to fall into and stopped by a stop member at a lower end of the guide hole, a rotary disk at a lower end of the guide hole, a plurality of short support rods provided on the rotary disk for supporting plural cylinders, a support frame fixed on the machine table for supporting a large roll of packing film, a plurality of guide rollers for guiding packing film from the large roll, a press rollers pressing the guide rollers, a saw-teeth cut device located at an underside of the rotary disk for cutting packing film, and a collect frame located at a front side of the machine table and just under the rotary disk for receiving and collecting small rolls of packing film wound on the cylinders.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
  • This invention will be better understood by referring to the accompanying drawings, wherein:
  • FIG. 1 is a side schematic view of a conventional winding machine for packing film;
  • FIG. 2 is a side schematic view of the conventional winding machine for packing film, showing the packing film wound into a small roll and to be cut off a large roll;
  • FIG. 3 is a side schematic view of an automatic fast winding machine for packing film in the present invention, showing packing film being wound on a small roll from a large roll; and,
  • FIG. 4 is a side schematic view of the automatic fast winding machine for packing film in the present invention, showing a finished small roll wounded with packing film being cut off the large roll.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, an automatic fast winding machine for packing film in the present invention includes a machine table 2, a support frame 20, plural guide rollers 21, a press roller 22, a feeding tank 3, a rotary disk 4, a saw-teeth cut device 5, and a collect frame 6 as main components combined together.
  • The support frame 20 is positioned on a right side of the machine table 20 for hanging a large roll of packing film (a).
  • The feeding tank 3 is positioned on the upper side of the machine table 2 for storing small cylinders (b) for winding packing film (a) from the large roll to form a small roll of packing film. And a guide hole 30 is formed in a lower portion of the feeding tank 3, with a stop member 31 formed at a lower end of the guide hole 30 and positioned just on the rotary disk 4.
  • The rotary disk 4 is just located at the lower end of the guide hole 30 of the feeding tank 3, having four support rods 40 sidewise fixed spaced apart equidistantly around near an outer circumference of the rotary disk 4 for one cylinder (b) respectively to be fitted thereon.
  • The guide rollers 21 and the press roller 22 are orderly positioned on the machine table at one side of the rotary disk 3, for guiding the packing film of the large roller to the cylinder (b), and the pressing roller 22 presses the last guide roller 21.
  • The saw-teeth cut device 5 is positioned at an under side of the rotary disk 4, provided with saw teeth for cutting the packing film (a) properly wound on the cylinder (b) off the large roll.
  • The collect frame 6 is positioned at one side of the machine table 2, for receiving and collecting small rolls of packing film already wound on the cylinders (b).
  • In using, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a large numbers of the cylinders (b) are put into the feeding tank in advance, and then the cylinders (b) may naturally fall in the guide hole 30 and temporarily stopped by the stop member 31. Then the lowest cylinder (b) in the hole 30 just faces to one of the support rods 40 of the rotary disk 4, and that cylinder (b) is be inserted by that support rod 40. Then the rotary disk 4 is turned for 90 degrees to come to the left side of the left guide roller 21, with another support rod 40 moving to the lower end of the hole 30 and inserting in one of the cylinders (b) at the same time. So the packing film (a) from the large roll may be guided to move to the cylinder (b) at the support rod 40 at the right side and to be wound on it for a needed length and then the rotary disk 4 is again to be turned further 90 degrees, carrying the small roll (or the wound cylinder (b)) to reach the saw-teeth cut device 5, which then swings to cut off the packing film (a) off the large roll, and then the small roll (or the wound cylinder (b)) can roll down the collect frame 6 to be received and collected. Because the rotary disk 4 has four short support rods 40 for continuously winding the packing film of the large roller on the cylinders (b) by turning for 90 degrees at once, largely enhancing producing speed of the small rolls of packing film (a).
  • While the invention has been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made therein and the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications that may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
