An inner surface of theperipheral wall 10 is composed of several curvatures that gradually become larger in counter clockwise direction along the inner surface of theperipheral wall 10. The first curvature includes the radius “A” which is the distance from the left inside of theopening 14 of thecasing 1 to the center of theinlet 120 defined in one of the twosidewalls 12. Themotor 20 and thefan 25 are respectively engaged with theoutlet 120. The second curvature includes the radius “B” which is the distance from the most left point of thecasing 1 to the center of theinlet 120. The third curvature includes the radius “C” which is a distance from the left lower point of thecasing 1 to the center of theinlet 120. The four curvature includes the radius “D” which is a distance from the bottom point of thecasing 1 to the center of theinlet 120. The fifth curvature includes the radius “E” which is a distance from the most right point of thecasing 1 to the center of theinlet 120. The relationship between the distances “A” to “E” is that A<B<C<D<E. The air is sucked from theinlet 120 and flows along the inner surface of thecasing 1 so as to escape from the opening 40. The purpose is to obtain a high volume of air flow and a hose is connected with the opening 40 to send the air flow to a distance. However, it is experienced that if the hose includes multiple elbow or curved sections, the pressure of the air flow will be reduced so that the air cannot be successfully sent to a desired distance. - The present invention intends to provide an air blowing machine that includes several curvatures in the inner surface of the casing of the air blowing machine and the curvatures are arranged to include a converge portion to increase the pressure in the casing so that the pressure of the air flow at the opening can be increased.
- The present invention relates to an air blowing machine which includes a casing composed of a peripheral wall and at least one sidewall through which an inlet is defined. A hollow interior is defined in the casing and an opening is defined in a top of the casing. Amotor 40 and afan 45 are respectively engaged with theinlet 320 so that air is sucked into thecasing 3 via theinlet 320 and flows along the inner surface of thecasing 3 and flows out from theopening 34. Theperipheral wall 30 of thecasing 3 is composed of a first part and a second part. Two respective first ends of the first part and the second part are connected to connection neck of the opening 34 and a connection plate is connected between two respective second ends of the first and second parts in substantially radial direction. In other words, there is a step formed by the connection plate. The inner surface of thecasing 3 includes a first curvature with a first radius “A1”, a second curvature with a second radius “B1”, a third curvature with a third radius “C1”, a fourth curvature with a fourth radius “D1” and a fifth curvature with a fifth radius “E1” in counter clockwise direction from theopening 34. The first, second, third, fourth and fifth radiuses have a common center which is a center of theinlet 320. - The first radius “A1” is a distance from a left inside of the opening 34 of the
