  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a structural illustrative view of the cavity wall of the present invention;
  • FIGS. 2 a, 2 b, 2 c, 2 d and 2 e are structural illustrative views of the middle frame bars of the present invention;
  • FIGS. 3 a, 3 b, 3 c, 3 d, 3 e and 3 f are structural illustrative views of the top frame bars and the bottom frame bars of the present invention;
  • FIG. 4 is an illustrative view of assembly of the wall panels;
  • FIGS. 5 a, 5 b, 5 c and 5 d are cutaway illustrative view of corresponding locations of the top frame bars, the bottom frame bars and the wall panels.
  • DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • In the embodiment of the present invention as seen in FIG. 1, the cavity wall includes a top frame bar 1, a bottom frame bar 2, middle frame bars 3 and wall panels 4. The top frame bar 1, the bottom frame bar 2, and the middle frame bars 3 form a wall body frame. The top frame bar 1, the bottom frame bar 2 are fixed on a ceiling or ground respectively, the middle frame bars stand vertically between the top frame bar 1 and the bottom frame bar. There are two middle frame bars 3 in this embodiment; however, a plurality number of middle frame bars can be disposed between the top frame bar and the bottom frame bar.
  • The middle frame bars 3 can be connected fixedly to the top frame bar 1 and the bottom frame bar 2 by connection elements. The connection mode in the embodiment can be seen in FIGS. 2 a, 2 b, 2 c, 2 d, 2 e and FIGS. 3 a, 3 b, 3 c, 3 d, 3 e and 3 f. FIG. 2 a is a main view of a middle frame bar, FIGS. 2 b, 2 c, 2 d, 2 e are top views of the middle frame bar. FIG. 3 a is a main view of a top frame bar, FIG. 3 b is a front view of a bottom frame bar, and FIGS. 3 c, 3 d, and 3 e are possible top views of the bottom frame bar. Some projections 5 are formed on the upper part and lower part of the middle frame bars 3, some grooves 6 and groove passages 7 communicated each other are formed in the top frame bar and the bottom frame bar, the depth of the grooves 6 and the groove passages 7 is less than the thickness of the top frame bar and the bottom frame bar. The groove passages 7 are opened in the sidewalls of the top frame bar and the bottom frame bar. When the cavity wall is built, the middle frame bars 3 are inserted from the open of the groove passages 7, then the projections 5 of the middle frame bars are pushed into said grooves 6 and the middle frame bars are fixed by inserting block members into the groove passages 7. The projections 5, the grooves 6 and the groove passages 7 may be adopted in various shapes if only the shapes of the projections correspond to the shapes of the grooves. Some shapes are adopted in the embodiment, see FIGS. 2 b, 2 c, 2 d, 3 c, 3 d, 3 e, 3 f. Each middle frame bar is disposed with some through holes 8 for installing water pipes, electric wires, gas pipes and other installations.
  • The wall panels 4 and the wall body frame are connected together fixedly by adhesive or connection elements. Some wall panels 4 are connected to the two walls on the wall body frame respectively, one wall can be made from a whole wall panel or several wall panels. As it is shown in FIG. 4, in this embodiment, the wall is formed by fixing and connecting three wall panels 41, 42, 43 to the wall body frame. The wall panel can be made of inorganic glass steel plate, ammonium phosphate cement, magnesium phosphate cement, magnesium oxygen cement, pottery and porcelain, or stone and etc. The wall panel can be disposed with carve patterns, plan patterns, carve patterns put together, plan patterns put together. The wall panel can be sprayed and coated, molded, stick with wallpaper, shaved, plated with color film. The wall panels can be transparent, translucent, and opaque.

  • FIGS. 5 a, 5 b, 5 c and 5 d are cutaway illustrative views showing the positioning of the top frame bars, the bottom frame bars and the wall panels. The top frame bars and the bottom frame bars can be disposed between said two wall panels, the top frame bars, the bottom frame bars are therefore can not be seen from the side. The top frame bars, the bottom frame bars can also be disposed on the upper part or the lower part of the wall panel, in this case, the side walls of the top frame bars, the bottom frame bars locate on a same level with the wall panels. The sidewalls of the top frame bars, the bottom frame bars can be disposed with patterns such as decorative patterns or carve patterns, and some through holes are formed in the top frame bars and the bottom frame bars.
  • Compared with the conventional building method, the present invention can save the building material and the construction cost can shorten building time largely. The wall body of the present invention can be demolished and built easily, and the demolished materials can be reused and thereby saving resource.
  • With a hollow structure of the cavity wall of the present invention, the cavity can be disposed in it with install water pipes, electric apparatus, gas apparatus, and pipes etc. Some articles such as chest, bookcase, shoes case, document case, safe box, household appliance, puddle, water tank, can be disposed inside the wall, and the space inside a room can be used fully. Functional material can be filled inside the wall body to adjust the temperature, the humidity and the noise in the room.
