Abstract
The present invention relates to a device of protected work in height including an profile of progression(10) and a device of progression (20) on profile of progression(10) bound by a life line to the user characterized in that the device of progression (20) includes handles of progression (P) and slippers of progression (C) assembled sliding out of the two smooth rails (11) of the profile of progression (10) and which the surface of connection (12) between the two rails of progression (11) on the profile of progression(10) does not include steps making it possible to progress along the profile of progression (10) without the device of progression (20).
Description
- The present invention relates to a device of protected work in height. It advantageously replaces the scales equipped with rambardes of safety.
- There exists in the former art many protected devices of work in height. There are for example scales equipped with rambardes of safety. These rambardes being laid out with the foot of the scale to prohibit of them the access to not qualified people or around the scale, forming a neck. A defect of rambardes of foot of scale being that not qualified people can by effraction reach these scales. A defect of rambardes of neck being that the qualified people who climb on the scale are insufficiently made safe and can fall all the same with the top of rambardes or in the neck.
- A principal object of the invention is to propose a device of work in height which gives best guaranteed safety.
- An object of the invention is to propose a device of work in height which prohibits with a person not described as being able to become user about it.
- An object of the invention is to propose a device of work in height which is economic and easy to industrialize.
- An object of the invention is to propose a device of work in height which is easy to go up and to position. The invention equipping in particular with the posts, which they are electric, telephone, cable cars of mountain, techniques, or of the walls of work as for the restoration, maintenance, the access to service shafts, ceilings. The invention concerning as well the professionals of technical maintenance, such as for example in electricity, telephony, building, transport, or the private individuals who equip their dwelling.
- An object of the invention is to propose a device of work in height which adapts to extreme conditions such as for example, the high mountain, the hard atmospheric conditions, inclined plans positively or the negatively.
- An object of the invention is to propose a device of work in height which is simple of use and which makes it possible to work with equipment which is sometimes a little bulky, such as for example, back bag, ski boots, material of maintenance and work.
- An object of the invention is to propose a device of work in height which is discrete and which is not ugly from an architectural point of view.
- An object of the invention is to propose a device of work in height which is easily adaptable on any type of support, posts, frontages, pipe galleries and which can be posed more close possible support allowing a saving in space consequently, in particular critical subject in the pipe galleries. A scale with its bars for example being positioned at a certain distance from the support in order to allow to be able to pose the plant of the feet on the bar, the scale being thus distant frontage of at least ten centimetres.
- An object of the invention is to propose a device of work in height whose maintenance is simple and who allows to change elements coins by coins without having to change the whole as in the majority of the cases and in particular in the case of the scales.
- In a principal aspect the invention comprises an profile of progression fixed on the wall to climb two rails of progression on which the user can position a device of progression to go down or go up to the height desired on the rails. The device of progression including the handles of progression and the slippers of progression assembled on each rail.
- In an aspect the invention the rails of progression are connected by a plane surface, which does not leave any walk or any point of support to be able to progress above as on a scale. In a preferential form, the profile of progression being thus a profile composed by two rails and a smooth surface. In another form this surface inter rail which can as well be a very spaced netting or bars, i.e. for example of more than at least one meter so that it is impossible to progress above the made-to-order there to progress as on a traditional scale.
