Abstract
A type of “structure of flexible garment hanger” mainly comprising of a body and a hanging hook, enabling rapid dismantling. The body is composed of a cord and several tubes, with the respective tube containing a thread inside and sheaths at both ends. To assemble a flexible garment hanger, just slip the cord into the tubes of the body. Fix then two end of the cord respectively on the connecting plate. Buckle the hanging hook by a loop to the connecting plate. Finally, connect the central part with another tube by screwing its thread into another sheath. The flexible garment hanger is thus formed to hang the garment. The structure of this invention is simple to assemble, as well as being mobile and does not take up space.
Description
- I. Field of the Invention
- The present invention refers to a “structure of flexible garment hanger”, and more particularly, to a combination of several elements for rapid dismantling. This feature allows it to be mobile as well as stored in any limited space. Its simple structure also smoothen the production for the benefit of manufacturers.
- II. Description of the Prior Art
- Generally, the existing version of simple garment hanger,
FIG. 1 (a) is fixed modeling by slipping steel into the tube and crooking it afterwards. Its fixed construction is too big to be stored and carried. A version of foldable garment hanger,FIG. 2 is introduced to remedy the deficiencies of simple garment hanger. Its bodyFIG. 2 (b) is structured by multiple connections of several bracketsFIG. 2 (b 1) and stretches out into a fence construction. It can be folded into a compact size for carrying. Nevertheless, its complicated structure and various components cause an increase in production cost. Moreover, the protrusive connectors may hook the garment damaging it. In view of the deficiencies of foregoing garment hangers, the objective of this invention is to design a simple “structure of flexible garment hanger” for easy production and carry. Particularly, the form in which the flexible garment hanger of this invention presents is identical to a traditional garment hanger that is suitable for anyone to use. - Objective of this invention is to provide a simple “structure of flexible garment hanger” for rapid dismantling, where the structure allows the garment hanger to be collapsible into a compact size for storage and carry. Its simple structure benefits the manufacturers as well.
- To achieve the foregoing objective, the present invention related to a “structure of flexible garment hanger” comprises of a body and a hanging hook. The body is composed of several tubes, a cord and a connecting plate. The respective tubes thereof contain an inside thread and sheaths at both ends. Connect one and another tube by screwing its thread into another sheath. There are 3 loops on the connecting plate. Assemble the flexible garment hanger per following steps. Firstly, slip the cord into tubes. Secondly, fasten the two ends of the cord respectively on the loops of connecting plate. Finally, buckle the hanging hook by looping to the connecting plate.
- This foregoing structure is simple for easy assembly. Besides, being easy to use, just connect one and another tube so as to stretch the structure into an equilateral triangle form, identical to a traditional garment hanger that anyone can use. To dismantle it for storage and carrying, just screw thread off the sheaths of tube on the bottom. The tubes shall not drop because they are slipped over by one cord, two ends of which are respectively fixed at the connecting plate. Elements to the connecting plate are removable. Body of this flexible garment hanger is composed of several respective tubes, which can be painted in different colors. Such flexibility provides various options in color. The colorful looks offered by this invention are beyond what the traditional version offers.
-
FIG. 1 is construction of the existing fixed garment hanger. -
FIG. 2 is construction of the existing foldable garment hanger. -
FIG. 3 is diagram of this invention. -
FIG. 4 is cross-sectional view of this invention in assembly. -
FIG. 5 is sketch of this invention in collapsible form. - Further structure, assembly and features of this invention will be better understood from the detailed description and drawings that follow a better embodiment of the disclosed invention are illustrated by ways of example below:
- Referring to
FIGS. 3, 4 , 5, the “structure of flexible garment hanger” of this invention mainly comprises a body 10 and ahanging hook 20. - The body 10 is composed of
several tubes 11, acord 12 and a connectingplate 13. Therespective tubes 11 have athread 11 a inside andsheaths 11 b at both ends. Connect one and another tube by screwing itsthread 11 a into anothersheath 11 b. And, the connectingplate 12 has 3loops 13 a in 3 respective directions. Firstly, slip thecord 12 intotubes 11. Connect tubes by screwing its thread into another sheath. Secondly, fasten or buckle twoends 12 of the cord respectively to loops 13 a of connectingplate 13. Also, the space on the connecting plate can be reserved for artwork or advertisement. - The
hanging hook 20 comprises ahook element 21 and afixed loop 22. Just buckle fixedloop 22 ontoloop 13 a to connect hanginghook 20 to connectingplate 13. - For use, connect one and another tube by screwing its thread into another sheath that this flexible garment hanger is stretched into an equilateral triangle from, identical to the form of a traditional one.
- To dismantle it for storage and carrying, just open the sheaths of
tube 11 on the bottom. Thetubes 11 shall not drop because they are slipped over by one cord, ends of which are fastened onloops 13 a of connectingplate 13. Parts connecting to the connecting plate are removable. - To sum up, the “structure of flexible garment hanger” of this invention is collapsible into compact size for easy storage and carry as well as simple for efficient production to benefit both users and manufacturers. This invention is “practical” and “advanced”. Submission of this invention is to register the patent thereof for its original solution according to the patent law.
