Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The current invention relates to a green nozzle, it specifically relates to a simplest component assembly where the liquid such as lotion or perfume in the container won't change its quality, through the simplest component and assembly to achieve the ejection function of lotion or perfume and enhance the economic effectiveness.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- In the
prior art nozzle 1 structure, as shown inFIG. 1 , comprising of apressing body 11 installed ontooth cover 12, the upper part oftube 13 installs at and penetrates theholes 121 oftooth cover 12 in order to be connected to thepressing body 11, the lower part of thetube 13 is installed and penetrated with atube cover 14 to be connected to abase tube 15, meanwhile, the correlatingsmall holes 151 installed at both sides of thebase tube 15 are just exactly covered by thetube cover 14, meanwhile, aspring 16 is installed at the lower part of thebase tube 15, asteel ball 17 is placed at the lower part of thespring 16, they are installed in thecylinder 18 which shrinks its hole diameter from top to the bottom, therefore, the upper edge end of thecylinder 18 is connected to the bottom edge of theslot hole 121 of thetooth cover 12, moreover, the lower end of thecylinder 18 is connected to astraw 19. - From the above descriptions, the user first press on the
pressing body 11 to let the air in the container immediately eject from the nozzle opening 111 of thepressing body 11, in the mean time, the siphon effect will bring the liquids such as lotion or perfume from thestraw 19 with the air into thecylinder body 18, at this moment, due to the spring force of thespring 16, the bottom of thetube base 15 will press on thesteel ball 17 and thesteel ball 17 will block the hole of thecylinder 18, furthermore, make a gap between thetube base 15 andtube cover 14 and make the lotion or perfume contained in thecylinder 18 can go along the space of the gap to thesmall holes 151 on the two sides of the outer edges of thebase tube 15 and penetrate into thebase tube 15, then through thetube 13, the lotion or perfume will be ejected along with air out from the nozzle opening 111 of thepressing body 11, when thepressing body 11 is let go, the liquids such as lotion or perfume remained in thecylinder 18 will then go back to the container. - Continued from the above descriptions, in the prior art structure of
nozzle 1, although the function of the ejection of lotion or perfume still can be reached, since thespring 16,steel ball 17 are made up of metallic material and are installed inside thecylinder 18, they could cause chemical change for the lotion and perfume in the container due to the long time contact to themetallic spring 16 andsteel ball 17, which in turn could deteriorate the quality of the lotion or perfume and harm the customers, but if the chemically changed lotion or perfume are dumped away, they will cause environmental contamination due to difficulty in dilution and recycling; moreover, since the structure design of theprior art nozzle 1 has so many components, it cause an increase in the material cost, its difficulty in assembly and disassembly further reduces practical economic effectiveness. - Therefore, to solve the drawback and inconvenience in the prior art nozzle, the inventor of the current invention thus developed a more practical structure for green nozzle which can have a more wide-spread use in the industry and take into account environmental issue as well.
- The current invention comprising at least of a pressing body, a spring, a fixing cover, a piston, a connecting rod, a switch valve and a cylinder, wherein the pressing body is installed with a nozzle for the ejection of the liquid, and further installed with connecting spring, fixing cover, output tube of piston, moreover, the spring is inserted and connected in between the pressing body and the fixing cover and provides a bouncing-up restoring force for the pressing body, and the fixing cover is inserted and installed at the opening of the container, it is designed to combine and fix the nozzle to the container, in addition, through holes are formed on the piston to be penetrated by the connecting rod, meanwhile, dented edge is formed at the peripherals of the through holes,
- a connecting rod having protruding edge installed and the protruding edge just touches closely the dented edge of the above-mentioned piston, in addition, on the two sides of the connecting rod are installed with small holes which can be covered and inserted by the piston, meanwhile, a switch valve connected and inserted to the lower part of the above-mentioned connecting rod and a locking piece is installed at equal distance ring on the switch valve, in addition, placement piston, connecting rod and cylinder room of switch valve are installed in the cylinder.
- The main purpose of the current invention is to install a metallic spring outside the cylinder, then accompanied with the structure design and action of the piston, connecting rod and switch valve inside the cylinder in order to ensure the quality of the lotion or perfume inside the container and to achieve the ejection function.
- The second purpose of the current invention is to install the metallic spring inside the cylinder and use the simple structure and assembly of piston, connecting rod and switch valve to replace the complicated structure and assembly of tube, tube cover, base tube, spring and steel ball in the prior art, this also helps to enhance the practical economic effectiveness of the nozzle.

FIG. 10 , press first onpressing body 21, it will move downward the connectingrod 24,spring 25,switch valve 26 in the same time, therefore, the bottom of thevalve body 262 of theswitch valve 26 will move downward and touch closely thelower locking part 274 of thecylinder 27, at this moment, due to the compressive force generated by the air, agap 232 will be generated at the originally closed part between thedented edge 231 of thepiston 23 and theprotruding edge 241 of the connectingrod 24, when thepressing body 21 is released, as shown inFIG. 11 , the spring force from thespring 25 will bounce the connectingrod 24 upward, the connectingrod 24 will then closely touch again thedented edge 231 of thepiston 23 and in turn bounce thepressing body 21 upward into the initial position, at this moment, the air in the container will encounter a pressure and move upward instantly, and the siphon effect generated will generate a sucking force at thepiston 23, it will then suck the lotion or perfume in thestraw 28 into the upper and lower cylinder rooms (271, 272). - Continued from the above descriptions, when the upper, lower cylinder rooms (271, 272) are fully filled up with the lotion or perfume from the
straw 28, press again thepressing body 21, as shown inFIG. 12 , the originally tightly closed part between thedented edge 231 of thepiston 23 and theprotruding edge 241 of the connectingrod 24 will then open again to generate agap 232, the lotion or perfume will then flow into thesmall holes 242 on two sides of the connectingrod 24 along thegap 232, then flows to thenozzle 212 of thepressing body 21 through thehollow part 244 of the connectingrod 24 and finally ejects out, when the pressing body is released, the connectingrod 24 will bounce upward and again touch naturally closely with thedented edge 231 of thepiston 23, in the mean time, the lotion or perfume in thestraw 28 will be sucked into the upper, lower cylinder room (271,272) again, if re-use is needed, the above procedures can be repeated. - Summarize the above descriptions, the purpose of the “green nozzle” used in the current invention is to replace the non-environment friendly and complicated nature of the prior art nozzle through an environmentally friendly and the simplest component assembly. It has indeed achieved the expected purpose and effectiveness, it is more practical and economical than the nozzle of the prior art, In addition, it is not seen in the public journal before, it is not used publicly, therefore, it meets the inventive and progressive requirements of an invention, we thus file the application of this patent.
