Abstract

A button structure with three-dimensional stripes includes a button body, a plurality of stripes or pictures, and a mirror layer. The stripes or the pictures are formed on a bottom side of the button body, and the mirror layer is formed on the stripes for producing a mirrored visual effect. Whereby, the sharp contrast is produced between the mirror layer and the stripes, so that the button body produces a three-dimensional raised visual effect. Hence, the present invention solves the conventional button structure's problems of being time-consuming to form the words on the bottom surface of the button body using a mold, of the color layer not being easily sprayed onto the words, and of it being difficult for a user to change the words to have a different raised visual effect.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a button structure with three-dimensional stripes, and particularly relates to a button structure that produces a three-dimensional raised visual effect via a sharp contrast between a mirror layer and stripes (or pictures).
  • 2. Description of the Related Art
  • In general, on a button body words are formed on a flat bottom surface thereof. As such, the button body cannot produce a three-dimensional visual effect.
  • FIG. 1 shows a side, schematic view of a button structure with three-dimensional stripes in accordance with the prior art. The conventional button structure includes a button body 10 a and a color layer 20 a. In the conventional processing method, a bottom surface of the button body 10 a is processed using a mold (not shown) for producing raised words 11 a thereon, then the color layer 20 a is sprayed onto the words 11 a for producing a raised visual effect.
  • However, this method is time-consuming and requires a lot of work to form the words 11 a on the bottom surface of the button body 10 a using the mold. Moreover, the color layer 20 a is not easily sprayed onto the words 11 a. In addition, if a user wants to change the words 11 a to gain a different raised visual effect, the bottom surface of the button body 10 a must be processed using another mold (not shown) for producing the different visual effect. Hence, the conventional button structure is inflexible for producing raised visual effects.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention provides a button structure with three-dimensional stripes. The button structure provides a plurality of stripes or pictures formed on a bottom surface of a button body by a printing, a coating or a spraying method, and provides a mirror layer formed on the strips or the pictures for producing a mirrored effect. Thereafter, the sharp contrast is produced between the mirror layer and the stripes, so that the button body produces a three-dimensional raised visual effect. Hence, the present invention solves the following problems of the conventional button structure:
      • 1. to form words on the bottom surface of the button body using a mold requires a time-consuming process,
      • 2. the color layer is not easily sprayed onto the words, and
      • 3. if a user wants to change the words for a different raised visual effect, the bottom surface of the button body must be processed using another mold to produce the desired effect.
  • One aspect of the invention is a button structure with three-dimensional stripes is that the button structure comprises a button body, a plurality of stripes or pictures, and a mirror layer. The stripes or the pictures are formed on a bottom side of the button body, and the mirror layer is formed on the stripes for producing a mirrored effect. Whereby, a sharp contrast is produced between the mirror layer and the stripes, so that the button body produces a three-dimensional raised visual effect.
  • It is to be understood that both the foregoing general description and the following detailed description are exemplary, and are intended to provide further explanation of the invention as claimed. Other advantages and features of the invention will be apparent from the following description, drawings and claims.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawings, in which:
  • FIG. 1 is a side, schematic view of a button structure with three-dimensional stripes in accordance with the prior art; and
  • FIG. 2 is a side, schematic view of a button structure with three-dimensional stripes in accordance with the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • FIG. 2 shows a side, schematic view of a button structure with three-dimensional stripes in accordance with the present invention. The button structure has a button body 10, a plurality of stripes 20 and pictures 21, and mirror layer 30.
  • The button body 10 can be made of transparent materials. The stripes 20 and pictures 21 are formed on a bottom side of the button body 10. Both the stripes 20 and the pictures 21 are formed on the bottom side of the button body 10 by a screen printing method, a coating method or a spraying method. The mirror layer 30 is formed on the stripes 20 and/or the pictures in order to produce a mirrored effect by a mirror printing ink method, a hot pressing method, or a vacuum plating method. However, the above-mentioned methods should not be used to limit the present invention. Moreover, the mirror layer 30 can be a highly reflective color layer, and the highly reflective color layer can be a color powder layer or a metal color layer.
  • The sharp contrast is produced between the mirror layer 30, and the stripes 20 or/and the pictures 21, so that the button body 10 produces a three-dimensional raised visual effect.
  • To sum up, the present invention provides the stripes 20 or pictures 21 formed on the bottom surface of the button body 10 by a printing, a coating or a spraying method, and then provides the mirror layer 30 formed on the strips 20 or the pictures 21 for producing a mirrored visual effect. Thereafter, the sharp contrast is produced between the mirror layer 30 and the stripes 20, so that the button body 10 produces a three-dimensional raised visual effect.
  • Hence, the present invention solves the problems of the conventional button structure of being time-consuming and requiring a lot of work to form the words 11 a on the bottom surface of the button body 10 a using a mold, of the color layer 20 a not being easily sprayed onto the words 11 a, and of it being difficult for a user who wants to change the words 11 a to create a different raised visual effect. Furthermore, the present invention has some advantages such as it is easy for a user to change the appearance of the stripes 20 or the pictures 21, and the process is simple and cheap.
  • Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments thereof, it will be understood that the invention is not limited to the details thereof. Various substitutions and modifications have been suggested in the foregoing description, and others will occur to those of ordinary skill in the art. Therefore, all such substitutions and modifications are intended to be embraced within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
