Abstract

The present invention relates to a sector of fan and its manufacturing method, including non-skeleton sector and skeleton sector. The non-skeleton sector of fan is molded by injecting polyurethane foam into a sector molding die; the skeleton sector of fan is comprised of a main body and a framework, wherein said main body and the framework are molded together in similar shape with solid casting resin or other similar material; said framework made of steel wire according the sector's shape and size is comprised of an outer shaped ring, reinforcing ribs and a core bar, if necessary inner shaped rings and crossing reinforcing ribs employed for enhancing the intensity of the sector, but it is always in grid structure. Said outer shaped ring, the reinforcing ribs and the core bar are fastened together, and then an assembling disk is fixed on the back end. Combined framework is placed into the inside of the sector molding die, and then inject resin into the molding die, under the normal temperature said resin is foamed and molded, and then open the molding die, take out the molded sector, after buffing treatment and spraying coating paint processes, a sector goods come out.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a fan, and more especially to a sector of the fan and its manufacturing method.
  • 2. Description of Prior Art
  • According to the conventional variant sectors of fans, most of them are made of metal and organic compound material. Said metal sector is typically punched with a stamping die, but this kind of sector commonly brings up big noise and dull coloring, and so on, and once taking long term the surface of painting is easily split; said organic sector of fan is easy to distort, and in high production cost and so on as existing short-comings. As the pattern and style of the fan are continuously created, the humanity and nature are more concerned important in design, so palm leaf shaped sector and coconut palm leaf shaped sector came out. 1, the metal coconut palm leaf shaped sector, most of them are molded in pouring, so there are followings existed: 1) the sharp edge of the sector is easy to scratch fingers; 2) after a long term the painting surface is easy to split, and to stain; 3) it is heavy; 4) because the surface of it should be treated in rust-prevention, so the production cost will be increased. 2, wood coconut palm leaf shaped sector, existing shortcomings as followings: 1) manual operation, production capacity is low, taking time, labor and power, and the production quality is hardly guaranteed; 2) the original material is more expensive, so the production scale is hardly enlarged, and production cost is very high; 3) due to manual operation, the shape is difficult to keep in uniform, so the rejection rate is high; 4) the intention of goods is low, so it is easy to break down; 5) long time in the operation, the health of workers is affected. 3, the palm leaf shaped sector of fan has the common shortcomings as same as said coconut palm leaf shaped sector's basically.
  • OBJECTS AND SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • For overcoming the above said shortcomings of the prior art, it is therefore a main object of the present invention to provide a sector of fan and its manufacturing method.
  • This object is achieved by a technical project provided of the present invention, within by injecting polyurethane foam into the moldering die, a shaped sector is moldered.
  • Said technical project also includes a framework and polyurethane foam coating the framework in the similar shape; wherein said framework is comprised of an outer shaped ring, a core bar fixed on the center of the outer shaped ring, proper number of reinforcing ribs fixing the core bar on the center of the outer shaped ring. And between the outer shaped ring and the core bar, inner shaped rings and crossing reinforcing ribs connect them together; said reinforcing ribs are arranged between the outer shaped ring and the core bar in asymmetrical array; the assembling disk is drilled with pilot holes; the shape of the sector of fan is in coconut palm leaf shape or palm leaf shape, the surface is checkered with leaf vein figures.
  • The present invention's manufacturing method includes build-up the framework with steel wire according to the shape and size of the sector of fan firstly, next place the finished framework into the inside of the sector injection molding die, then inject polyurethane foam into the injection molding die to mold a sector goods. And the shape of the sector may be manufactured into variant tree leaf shape, or variant plant leaf shape; the surface of the sector of fan may be checkered with variant figures.
  • The present invention above-mentioned has following feathers: 1) easy molding, multiple patterns for choice, artistic and duration. 2) Spraying coating color on the surface for meeting multiple colors necessary. 3) Making of environmental protection resin material, helpful to environmental protection.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • The sector of fan includes non-skeleton sector and skeleton sector. Said non-skeleton sector is molded by injecting polyurethane foam into the molding die without pre-placing a framework at the inside of the molding die, the hardness and the intensity of the finished goods are similar or over-passing conventional wood sector of fan; said skeleton sector of fan is comprised of a main body 1 and a framework 2, wherein said main body and the framework are molded together in similar shape with solid casting resin or other similar material; said framework made of steel wire according the sector's shape and size is comprised of an outer shaped ring 21, reinforcing ribs 22 and a core bar 23, if necessary inner shaped rings 26 and crossing reinforcing ribs 27 employed for enhancing the intensity of the sector, depending on the necessary the framework may be in simple or in more complicated, but it is always in grid structure. Said outer shaped ring, the reinforcing ribs and the core bar are fastened together, and then an assembling disk is fixed on the back end. Combined framework is placed into the inside of the sector molding die, and then inject resin (polyurethane) into the molding die, under the normal temperature said resin is foamed and molded, and then open the molding die, take out the molded sector, after buffing treatment and spraying coating paint processes, a sector goods come out.
  • According to the necessary, the shape of the sector may be manufactured into variant tree leaf shape, or variant plant leaf shape; the surface of the sector of fan may be checkered with variant figures. For these, just changing the shape and figures of the molding die can archive.

Claims (8)

1. A sector of fan including sector of ceiling fan, wherein by injecting polyurethane foam into a sector molding die, a sector of fan is molded.
2. A sector of fan as claimed in claim 1, including a framework and polyurethane foam coating the framework in the similar shape; wherein said framework is comprised of an outer shaped ring, a core bar fixed on the center of the outer shaped ring, proper number of reinforcing ribs fixing the core bar on the center of the outer shaped ring, an assembling disk located on the back end of the combined core bar and the outer shaped ring to integrate a together.
3. A sector of fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein inner shaped rings are connected between the outer shaped ring and the core bar with crossing reinforcing ribs.
4. A sector of fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein said reinforcing ribs are arranged between the outer shaped ring and the core bar in asymmetrical array.
5. A sector of fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein the assembling disk is drilled with pilot holes.
6. A sector of fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shape of the sector may be manufactured into coconut palm leaf shape, or palm leaf shape, the surface of the sector may be checkered with leaf vein figure.
7. A sector of fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein the framework is manufactured with steel wire according to the shape and size of the sector of fan firstly, next place the finished framework into the inside of the sector injection molding die, then inject polyurethane foam into the injection molding die to mold a sector goods.
8. A sector of fan as claimed in claim 7, wherein the shape of the sector may be manufactured into coconut palm leaf shape, or palm leaf shape, the surface of the sector may be checkered with leaf vein figure.
