step nine, vulcanization and solidification: and (5) vulcanizing and curing the sprayed smooth texture protection ink to finish the molding process of the two-color rubber watch band. In this example, the temperature of vulcanization and curing was 185 ℃ and the time of vulcanization and curing was 55 min.

1. A molding process of a double-color rubber watchband is characterized by comprising the following steps: it comprises the following steps:
step one, one-time oil pressure forming: putting the raw material with the first color into a lower template of a one-step forming die for oil pressure forming to obtain a one-step formed product;
step two, deburring: removing burrs of the primary molded product obtained in the step one, and then putting the primary molded product into a lower template of a secondary molding die;
step three, blanking and forming by a cutting die: blanking and molding the raw material with the second color by using a cutting die to obtain a punched product with holes;
step four, secondary oil pressure forming: placing the punched product obtained in the step three on a primary formed product for secondary oil pressure forming to obtain a secondary formed product;
step five, deburring: removing burrs of the secondary molding product obtained in the fourth step, and then putting the secondary molding product into a lower template of a tertiary molding die;
step six, three times of oil pressure forming: putting the raw material with the second color into a transfer groove of a tertiary forming die, and performing transfer forming to encapsulate the lower half part of the inner hole to obtain a semi-finished product;
step seven, polishing: polishing the semi-finished product obtained in the sixth step to remove burrs, and processing and removing the burrs in the hole by using a punching die;
step eight, spraying: after the seventh step is finished, spraying smooth texture protective printing ink on the surface of the semi-finished product;
step nine, vulcanization and solidification: and (5) vulcanizing and curing the sprayed smooth texture protection ink to finish the molding process of the two-color rubber watch band.
2. The molding process of a two-color rubber watch band according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the first step, the raw material of the first color is fluororubber.
3. The molding process of a two-color rubber watch band according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the third step and the sixth step, the raw material of the second color is fluororubber.
4. The molding process of a two-color rubber watch band according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the first step, the primary oil pressure forming conditions are as follows: the temperature is 160-180 ℃; the vulcanization time is 290-310 s; the pressure was 90kg/cm2~110kg/cm2。
5. The molding process of a two-color rubber watch band according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the second step, the deburring in the second step and the fifth step is manual polishing to remove burrs or manual trimming die to remove burrs.
6. The molding process of a two-color rubber watch band according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the fourth step, the secondary oil pressure forming conditions are as follows: the temperature is 160-180 ℃; the vulcanization time is 290-310 s; the pressure was 90kg/cm2~110kg/cm2。
7. The molding process of a two-color rubber watch band according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the sixth step, the three-time oil pressure forming conditions are as follows: the temperature is 170-190 ℃; the vulcanization time is 290-310 s; the pressure was 90kg/cm2~110kg/cm2。
8. The molding process of a two-color rubber watch band according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the step eight, the viscosity of the sprayed smooth texture protective ink is 7.5-9.5 seconds per bucket, and the thickness of the sprayed smooth texture protective ink is 10-15 microns.
9. The molding process of a two-color rubber watch band according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the ninth step, the temperature of the vulcanization and solidification is 170-190 ℃, and the time of the vulcanization and solidification is 50-70 min.
