  • Referring to the drawings, and more particularly to FIGS. 1 to 3, there is shown a portable foldable leg rest (A) including a cushion (12) having one end portion (16) to be engaged firmly thereon a structure (11) which is connected by bolts and nuts to one first end of a base (9), and which having at the other end a free end portion (12) of which is rested on the seating surface of a chair as indicated in dotted lines.
  • Once again, the base (9) is connected by means of tee joint (7) at a first pair of leg members (6) being joined by two tube members (17) and which having a lower portion (5) being connected thereby a clip member (14) and provided with a cap member (1), and of which thereof the second end is connected by bolts and nuts a second pair of leg members (3) being joined by a tube member (17) and which having a lower portion (2) being connected thereby a clip member (14) and provided with a cap member (1). Again, the leg members are capable of adjustment at various heights with respect to the front portion of the chair as indicated in dotted lines. Each pair of arms (4)(8) est fixed by bolts and nuts to leg members (3)(6) and to the base (9) to be collapsed and carried when it is not use. A support (10) is mounted to the the structure (11) to be engaged therein notches being formed thereon each side of the base (9), of which the support (10) is capable of adjustment at various heights and inclinations with respect to the base (9), and of which thereof the other end of the base (9) is formed a support plate (15) for holding different articles. A removable cushion (13) is mounted over the cushion (12) for supporting a foot (not shown) during the treatment.
  • Accordingly, while the preferred embodiments of the invention have been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made in the invention and the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications which may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
