Description
- (a) Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to components of manual pump oil cylinders, and particularly to a support seat of a manual oil cylinder, wherein a transparent support seat is combined to a bottom of the oil cylinder so that the amount of oil can be checked directly. An oil washer is embedded into the transparent support seat and the bottom of the oil cylinder so as to have a preferred oil sealing effect.
- (b) Description of the Prior Art
- A prior art manual pump has a high pressure soft tube to connect a manual pump to the oil pressure tool so as to form a complex oil cylinder system for being used in various application, such as hydraulic pullers, hudraulic bender, hydraulic press, etc.
- Referring to FIG. 9, the prior art manual pump is formed by an oil cylinder10 and a
handle 20, or moreover apneumatic motor 30 for controlling the inlet and output of the hydraulic oil pressure with thepump 201. Other than being sealed by aplug 201, the manual oil cylinder 10 has asteel support seat 40 locked to a bottom thereof so as to have a complete sealing. After being used for a longer time, the hydraulic oil in the oil cylinder 10 may be insufficient due to incomplete recycling. Thus the amount and dirtiness of the oil therein can not be monitored. - Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a A support seat of a manual pump oil cylinder includes an oil cylinder, a handle and a transparent support seat. A distal end of the oil cylinder is locked by the transparent support seat. The oil cylinder is locked between the transparent support seat and the front seat by the fixing shaft.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a support seat of a manual pump oil cylinder, wherein a handle is pivotally combined to the front seat. The transparent support seat is locked to a distal end of the supporting seat. Part or whole of the transparent support seat is made of transparent material. The transparent support seat is made with a middle hole and an annular trench. A cup-like nut and an annular oil seal are locked to a distal end of the oil cylinder. By the transparent support seat, the user can check the amount of oil directly.
- FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of the present invention.
- FIG. 2 is an assembled schematic view of the present invention.
- FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the transparent support seat of the present invention.
- FIG. 4 is another perspective view of the transparent support seat of the present invention.
- FIG. 5 is a cross section of the transparent support seat of the present invention.
- FIG. 6 is a rear view of the transparent support seat of the present invention.
- FIG. 7 is a front view of the transparent support seat of the present invention.
- FIG. 8 is an assembled schematic view showing that the transparent support seat is locked to the oil cylinder of the present invention.
- FIG. 9 is an assembled perspective view of a prior art manual pump.
- Referring to FIGS.1 to 4, the support seat of a manual pump oil cylinder of the present invention is illustrated. The support seat of a manual pump oil cylinder includes an
oil cylinder 1, ahandle 2 and atransparent support seat 3. - The
oil cylinder 1, as shown in FIG. 1, has an oil injection hole at an outer wall thereof. The hole is sealed by a plug. A distal end of theoil cylinder 1 can be locked by thetransparent support seat 3. Theoil cylinder 1 is locked between thetransparent support seat 3 and thefront seat 13 by the fixing shaft 12 (referring to FIG. 8). Thehandle 2 is pivotally combined to thefront seat 13. The other structure is identical to those in the prior art and thus the detail will not be described herein. - The
handle 2 is pivotally installed to thefront seat 13 of theoil cylinder 1. One end thereof is installed with apump 21 and is combined to thefront seat 13. In operating, the inlet and outlet of the hydraulic oil can be controlled. - Part or whole of the
transparent support seat 3, see FIGS. 3 and 7, is made of transparent material (such as plastics). Thetransparent support seat 3 is made with amiddle hole 31 and anannular trench 32. Thefixing shaft 12 passes through themiddle hole 31. A cup-like nut 4 and anannular oil seal 41 are locked to the distal end of theoil cylinder 1. Theannular trench 32 is engaged to theoil cylinder 1 so that a correspondingoil seal washer 5 can be embedded therein. Thetransparent support seat 3 can be sealed and locked to the bottom of the oil cylinder 1 (referring to FIG. 8), thereby, having a preferred sealing effect. In thetransparent support seat 3, a plurality ofribs 33 can be formed in themiddle hole 31 for increasing the strength. - The
transparent support seat 3 is locked to the bottom of theoil cylinder 1 for checking the amount of oil. When the oil is insufficient or dirt, it can be supplemented or updated at an optimum timing. Thereby, the manual pump oil is retained in a normal condition. - In above
transparent support seat 3, an oil scale can be installed on the wall of the support seat (not shown) for checking the scale of the oil. - Above
transparent support seat 3 has astepped middle hole 31 for being penetrated and positioning thefixing shaft 12 and is locked to the distal end of theoil cylinder 1 by a cup-like nut 4 and theannular oil seal 41. - The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
