Abstract
The nature of the technicality of this object of invention are the designs of the exterior Appearance and the functional parts of this invention. There are four new different Exterior designs to this object of invention. Each of the four new exterior designs of This object of invention consists of the functional part design called the mainframe and Tablets. There are five mainframes and thirty-nine, or thirty-eight pieces of colored coded Tablets to the four different puzzle designs of these objects of invention. The five Mainframes to each of the four different puzzle designs of these objects of invention are Revolvable components that holds the tablets in its situated place on the structure of the Object. The tablets are the colored coded parts that moves freely on the surface of the Five revolvable mainframes of the object. The mainframes and the tablets are connected By what is called attachment grooves, and the designs of the attachment grooves are Designed in the form of the shape of a Triangle, or the shape of the letter “T”. These are the technical disclosures of the object of my invention.
Description
- I hereby am disclosing the description of my invention.
- This invention that I am describing is a Functional Toy Puzzle.
- I will describe the function and the design of this puzzle without numerically specifying The measurement of size of each related functional part of the puzzle.
- Primarily, this toy puzzle functions on five revolvable eight sided mainframes, with each Of the five eight sided mainframe is capable of turning three hundred sixty degrees Clock-wise, or counter-clock-wise. Additionally; this new puzzle design could be Designed with either thirty-eight, or thirty-nine pieces of color coded rectangular, or Curved shaped tablets or parts that would be capable of moving, on the object of the Five eight sided mainframes of the puzzle, from mainframe to mainframe in a shuffle Like manner. This puzzle also consists of a cylindrically shaped shaft attached Completely through the center bore hole of each of the five designated eight sided Mainframes of the puzzle, allowing revolvable function for each of the five eight Sided mainframes of the puzzle. The functional attachment of the thirty-eight or Thirty-nine pieces of color coded tablets or parts to the five eight sided mainframes Of the puzzle could be connected by the design of protruded triangular shaped, or “T” Shaped formed grooves designed on the back surface of each of the thirty-eight or Thirty-nine pieces of color coded tablets or parts. And the functional attachments of the Five eight sided mainframes to the thirty-eight, or thirty-nine pieces of color coded Tablets or parts of the puzzle, could be connected by the design of slitted Triangular Shaped, or “T” shaped formed grooves designed on the profile surface of each of the Five eight sided mainframes of the puzzle. The object of this new toy puzzle design Is to organize or match the eight different colors of the thirty-eight pieces of color Coded tablets or parts into six rows of five alike pieces of colored coded tablets, And two rows of four alike pieces of colored coded tablets on the five eight sided Mainframes of the object after mixing it up. And or if the puzzle cosists of thirty-nine Pieces of colored coded tablets or parts, with eight different colors, the object of this Puzzle design would be to match the thirty-nine pieces of colored coded tablets or Parts into seven rows of five alike pieces of colored coded tablets and one row of
- Four alike pieces of colored coded tablets on the five eight sided mainframes of the Object after mixing it up. The rotational movement of each of the puzzle's five eight Sided mainframes and the shuffling moving action of each of the thirty-eight, or Thirty-nine pieces of colored coded tablets, or parts gives this toy a puzzle like function Operation.
- I have conducted my own patent search and found there are no patented inventions that Are related, or similar to the functional and exterior designs of my invention. I therefore; believe I am the first and original inventor of these new functional and Exterior designs of these Geometric toy puzzle invention. These inventions pertains To the field of toys and games of entertainment designed for both childrens or adults.
- FIG. 8A—Is a side view diagram of an Octagonally shaped design thirty-nine pieces of Tablets Geometric Magic Puzzle.
- (A)—Depicts what is called the Stopper. The Stopper (A), is connected to both ends of the Central Shaft and is designed to prevent the Central Shaft from sliding off the Bore Holes of the five mainframes of the object.
- (B)—Depicts what is called the Central Shaft. The Central Shaft (B), is attached through the five mainframes of the object. The Central Shaft is designed to retain the five mainframes in its structural position of the object. And is also designed to allow three hundred sixty degrees revolvable function for all five mainframes of the object.
- (C)—Depicts what is called the Retainer. The Retainer (C), is designed on the upper and lower end of the mainframes of the object. The Retainer is designed to prevent or retain all the tablets from sliding off either end of the structure of the five mainframes of the object.
- (D)—Depicts what is called the Bubble. The Bubbles help keeps the tablets in its situated place on the sectional part of the mainframes. There are two concaved bubbles designed on each of the eight sectional parts of each of the five mainframes of the object. There are also two protruding bubbles designed on the back surface of each of the thirty-nine pieces of colored coded tablets of the object that fits directly into the concaved bubbles of each of the designated forty sectional parts of the five mainframes of the object of this diagram of FIG. 8A.
- (E)—Depicts what is called the groove. There is an inwardly designed triangular formed slitted groove designed on each of the eight sectional part of each of the five mainframes of the object.
