Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention [0001]
  • The present invention is an environmental-protection sanitary toothbrush, especially the sanitary mechanism with a toothbrush head whose angle can be adjusted in accordance with the shape of the oral cavity in order to achieve the function of cleaning the tooth completely. Moreover, the removable and replaceable toothbrush head reduces the waste of resources and prevent the user from getting wet as well as protects the toothbrush head from the pollution. [0002]
  • 2. Description of the Prior Art [0003]
  • The toothbrush is an indispensable necessity in human life that aims at cleaning one's oral cavity to maintain one's health and sanitation. Therefore, it is very important to protect the cleanliness of the toothbrush. Please refer to the [0004] traditional toothbrush 1 in FIG. 1 characterizing with one handle 11 and one toothbrush head 12 linked together that makes it unbreakable. The fixed structure leads to the following unshakable disadvantages:
  • 1. All dentists suggest that any toothbrush be altered after three months in case the toothbrush head accumulates too much germs and causes harm to the human body. Therefore, the discard of the [0005] traditional toothbrush 1 not only increase the trash load, but also results in a waste of resource that makes it unfit for the environmental protection concept.
  • 2. The fixed handle of the [0006] traditional toothbrush 1 makes it difficult to clean the tooth at the back of the oral cavity, which in turn cuts down the efficiency of tooth-cleaning. In spite of the curved handle or the adjustable toothbrush head innovation created by well-know toothbrush manufacturers to enhance the efficiency of tooth cleaning; however, each user has somewhat different shape and size of oral cavity. Therefore, any shaped toothbrush fails to fit in with most people's demand.
  • 3. Furthermore, because the fixed handle of the traditional toothbrush tend to rub against the user's tooth due to the angle when entering into the user's oral cavity, it might cause damage to the handle nearby the incisor. [0007]
  • 4. One of the troublesome problems for the traditional toothbrush is that the water or the foam of the tooth paste stream down the user's hand or cloth easily, which causes damp and discomfort to the user. [0008]
  • What's more, the [0009] traditional toothbrush 1 must be placed at a ventilated place to keep it dry; however, this conduces the impurities in the air to pollute the toothbrush head 12, especially when the toothbrush head 12 is still wet. To keep it from being polluted by roaches and ants when being placed at the damp and dark bathroom, and then influences the health of the user, a sheath 13 is designed for the traditional toothbrush 1 to cover the toothbrush head 12 and avoid the foregoing disadvantage. A close look at the sheaths 13, most of them are made of plastic that can not be adjusted and leaves too much space between the toothbrush head 12. Besides, the traditional sheath 13 usually has many ventilators 15 that allow small insects to enter into the sheath. The most important of all, the shaped sheath 13 makes it difficult to clean up, and easy to accumulate dirt, which in turn pollutes the toothbrush head 12. Therefore, the traditional sheath 13 still has much for improvement.
  • Also, please refer to FIG. 2. Common bathrooms are furnished with the [0010] toothbrush rack 3 with the socket 31 that allows the user to insert the traditional toothbrush and then cover it up with the gargle cup 4, so as to keep the toothbrush head 12 from contacting with the air and avoid pollution. Nevertheless, in order to enhance the comfort in handing, most of the handles 11 of the traditional toothbrush are irregular, yet the socket 31 must be larger than the handle 11, the handle usually falls outside the toothbrush 3 completely that causes the toothbrush head 12 to contact the toothbrush 3 directly and gets polluted. In addition, the space between the handle 11 and the socket 31 fail to keep small insects from getting inside that also brings about the risk of being polluted.
  • In view of this, the traditional toothbrush mentioned above still possesses many disadvantages that leave much for improvement. [0011]
