The invention include foam toys such as a slingshot, a bow, and a plane.

Description

  • FIGS. [0001] 1-14 show preferred embodiments of toys made principally of resilient foam materials. Each of the toys relates to a device for projecting an article through the air with interesting properties.
  • FIGS. 1 and 8-[0002] 11 illustrate a plane that uses a bungee device to propel the plane through the air.
  • FIG. 2 shows various views of a battery-operated rocket. [0003]
  • FIGS. [0004] 3-5 and 12 show various views of two different slingshot designs.
  • FIGS. [0005] 6-7 and 13-14 show top, bottom, front and rear views of a slingbow design.

Claims (1)

We claim:
1. A toy slingshot comprising
a handle,
a projectile holder attached to the handle, the holder having two sides for holding a foam projectile,
an elastic band member connecting the two sides of the holder, and
a foam hammer member connected to a central portion of the elastic band member for launching a projectile being held by the holder.
