Description

  • An improvement of a design receiving baby blanket. It folds up first, then becomes a pocket pouch for a baby to be covered from neck to bottom closed in. The back is also closed in from the top of the head to the bottom inside front part is wrapped as a secure receiving blanket for a baby to stay warm, but not be able to unwrap while able to move around. Face is to be fully covered with open of face out then becomes a Baby Pocket Receiving Blanket. [0001]
  • It also makes it easy to unwrap the blanket from the bottom when needing to change babies clothing, etc. . . . Also while leaving baby in blanket not having to remove baby from receiving blanket while changing diaper. [0002]
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

  • [0004] 2. It is well known to provide receiving blankets for infants for warmness and wrapping a baby inside of a receiving blanket for security when lying the baby down and wrap the blanket around the infant.

  • Well known babies as infants need to stay warm inside or out doors when in cold temperature, drafts and sunlight, and well as chills that are likely to be caught more than older children or adults. [0007]
  • Small blankets, when not to hot is good to use for small infants and also to use with heavier blanket, depends on the weather. When not to cold it does not pin a baby down too much. Keeps the baby warm, most babies will kick the cloth off. It will keep the cloth from coming off when baby starts to kick and move about. You will not have to worry, cloth will not come off all the way, baby will still have cloth to stay warm and secure infant to stay warm from chills. Also helps mother from unwrapping baby all the way to change a diaper and able to wrap baby back secure and tightly without moving baby totally from blanket. [0008]
  • BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • A infant blanket shaped as a Baby Pocket Receiving Blanket. A baby lies down flat, then fold the middle of the neck line, both sides attach to the Velcro, then fold left side to the middle, then fold right side over left side, then attach with Velcro leaving the head open for the baby.   • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • The blanket is made out of one piece of fabric, five sets of Velcro snap s together with sewing stitches all around the fabric. The blanket has one layer of fabric. Velcro sewed on bottom side top to bottom. [0014]
  • While leaving infant face open to breathe fabric all around infant from back to front side cover. The blanket can be used as a receiving blanket for warmth and security or just to open and lay baby down on while sleeping or changing diaper or cloth. What is old about receiving blankets is there is no security. Leaving baby able to kick cover right off is not much security for baby or parents that babies are warm while laying down for nap. [0015]
  • What is improvement from regular receiving blankets is the security that babies stay cover and warm from chills while wrapped in blanket and not able to just kick it off as the old receiving blankets. [0016]

Claims (3)

What I claim as my invention is I claim:
1. An infant Receiving Blanket
A pocket pouch blanket wrapping the infant with security at the bottom staying close to give warmth from chills.
A Baby Pocket Pouch Receiving Blanket wrapping the infant with secure snapping in the front to keep the infant in blanket to stay closed and warm.
Lies flat on the surface so baby is able to be laid out on. Folds over and snaps Velcro together to keep the baby warm and covered from head to foot, yet baby still has room to move.
Folds up, attached Velcro on top sides (both) Velcro snaps together from right crosses to left, then left crosses and over to right and snaps Velcro together and becomes a secure pocket pouch for a baby. Makes it hard for baby to kick blanket unfolded.
2. Receiving blanket of claim 1. While covering infant keeping face able to breathe.
3. Receiving blanket claim 2. Covering infant said protecting and soft flexible fabric folded across right then left. Snaps with Velcro.
