Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • (a) Field of the Invention [0001]
  • Design of a suitcase with duplicate disclosure lids, the suitcase comprising a frontal compartment as opposed to a hinder compartment, both compartments form the suitcase once integrated by a zipper assembly interacting both by opposition, on the frontal compartment is provided a passage hole which is sealed by a releasable lid, so that the suitcase on the whole serves also to accommodate hanging deposit of a suit in a portable execution in addition to its basic functions as a suitcase. [0002]
  • (b) Description of the Prior Art [0003]
  • By and large, in view of ease of use, a regular suitcase is structured such that a releasable lid is formed on one side of the body to which the lid may be sealed by the working of a zipper assembly provided on the periphery of the lid, so that, when it is intended to stow objects into the body, what needs to be done is to pull the zipper around the lid open so that an aperture is produced to the suitcase whereby objects may be deposited into the case, and the purpose of the suitcase to stow objects is fulfilled: there have been, on the other hand, design of another form of suitcase specifically for the stowage of suits, in which case the body of the suitcase takes form of mutually foldable execution, wherewith the suitcase is to be stretched fully open when a suit is to be stowed therein, so that suit or garment or the like may rest spread in the body formed by the complete spreadout of both compartments, frontal and hinder, when that is done, the suitcase is resumed to its opposition foldup condition, and the suits or garments stowed therein, can be carried along, well secured in the suitcase, from place to place. [0004]
  • An obvious pity with any of both executions briefed hereinbefore is that, for the common suitcase, it can accommodate common objects all right but in handling with suits it is good for the job no more; while on the contrary with a suitcase designed specifically to suit the suits for stowage, it is no good whenever it comes to handling with objects other than suits or garments, once the case is occupied with a suit, so there is much to be desired in view of assistance renderable to individuals wishing to carry a suit together with other personal effects from one place to another in a portable manner. [0005]
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The primary object of the invention, therefore, is to provide design of a suitcase with duplicate disclosure lids, which comprises essentially a frontal compartment and hinder compartment opposed to each other by interconnecting the upper sides together, and that complemented with a zipper assembly furnished on the rim of the aperture of both compartments, with a passage hole provided centrally on the frontal compartment, and that to be sealed with a case lid by zipping effort, then, once both compartments are folded to assemble, by pulling the zipper assembly a suitcase assembly is brought into being; structured accordingly, the suitcase may be pulled fully open to accommodate depositing of a suit, hung in position or else, moreover, the suitcase, while in a folded state, may by having the case lid opened from the outside, allow for stowing of objects deposited by way of the passage hole thereby turned into a passage conduit. [0006]
  • A further object of the invention is to provide design of a suitcase with duplicate disclosure lids, featuring an extension bag on the bottom rim of the internal aperture thereof, which extension bag may extend freely for elongation or alternatively tuck up inwardly and in that state cling to the interiority of the frontal compartment to adapt to the stowing of garments different in size or length therein, and in that sense relieving the nuisance of difficulty of stowing of garment that is too long to set in place all right, achieving accordingly a very flexible combination in service.[0007]

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • As shown in FIG. 1, the invention is composed essentially of two opposition compartments, a frontal one [0016] 1 vis-a-vis a hinder one 2, whereof:
  • The [0017] frontal compartment 1, as illustrated in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, has its top side associated with the hinder compartment 2, and has a zipper means 11 sewn to the peripheral rim of the interior aperture thereof, in addition to a passage hole 12 formed centrally on the body of the suitcase proper, the orifice of the passage hole 12 is fitted with a zipper means 121 which, together with a case lid 13 suffices to seal up the passage hole 12, centrally inside the passage hole 12 is provided a crossover crotch strapping 122, the bottom of the case lid 13 being sewn to yield a shoe bag 131, the interior of the case lid 13 being furnished with a partition net 132, to thereby create an object stowage space 133 (reference called to FIG. 5), whilst on the other hand, on the internal rim of said partition net 132 is furnished a retractile interlayer 134 which is surrounded with a zipper 135 which, when run through will enable the retractile interlayer 134 to fold up and rest inside the partition net 132, also, inside the bottom rim of the aperture in front of the frontal compartment 1 is sewn an extension bag 14, which is interacted with the frontal compartment 1 by a zipper 15 while on the terminating end of the same extension bag 14 there is provided another zipper 141;
  • The [0018] hinder compartment 2, whose top portion is interconnected with the frontal compartment 1, has a zipper 21 sewn to the peripheral rim of the aperture within, and one castor set 22 provided on its bottom wall, moreover, way central of both castors 22 in-between is fitted a removable hanging hook 23 such as is shown in FIG. 3, beneath said hook 23, inside the case proper, is mounted a garment clevis 24 to retain garments and the like, inside the hinder compartment 2 is erected a retractable handle 25, to either side within the hinder compartment 2 is attached a pressure board 26, both of them interacted by an interbondable strip 261 on the overlap between same;
  • Structure accordingly, when both the [0019] frontal compartment 1 and the hinder compartment 2 are folded up to closure, by the pull of both zippers 11, 21, what is produced is a suitcase assembled to form, such as is illustrated in FIG. 1, which, for use in ordinary occasions, is to be opened by drawing the zipper 121 from outside so as to allow the case lid 13 to be ripped apart outwardly, thus facilitating withdrawal, depositing of objects by way of the passage hole 12, such as illustrated in FIG. 2, when it is later intended to dismiss the zipper 11 to zipper 21 intersewn condition, and that consummated, what is made possible instead is with the hanging hook 23 switched to a fully developed state fit for garment hanging services, it is at once transferred to service as a portable hanger of suits in a closed model, such as what is shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 4, and thereby achieved is extension of a commonplace suitcase to utility as a mobile, closed suit hanger portable from place to place by the user in person.
  • In its adaptation for use as a common suitcase, the invention suitcase with duplicate disclosure lid is to be operated by modifying as an access for objects retrieval/stowage the aperture formed with the [0020] zipper 141 that is port to the extension bag 14, and the extension bag 14 is thereby exploitable as a container bag while by the several fastening buttons 142 present on both sides of the tail end of same bag 14, the same may be clasped to the interior side of the frontal compartment 1, so as to remain unaffected by the coupling of the frontal compartment 1 with the hinder compartment 2 when both are zipped together; when the invention is to be applied as a suit case strictly to accommodate suits in transit from one place to another, zipper 15 will have to be modified to an open state, and the extension bag 14 will have to be turned inside out abiding by the procedures illustrated in FIG. 5 through FIG. 7, so that the lower swing of lengthier garments will find it easier being introduced into the extension bag 14 by way of the aperture due to zipper 15, while the upper portion of the garments is restrained by the bonding of two pressure pieces 26, what is made then is that the garment may very well rest secured inside both the frontal compartment 1 and the hinder compartment 2, and both compartments 1, 2, when bent, sewn to form a suitcase in full assembly, garments already stowed within will remain safely within the case, free from being scattered or scrambled.
  • Additionally, as shown in FIG. 8, for this invention a [0021] handle 25 that is mounted inside the hinder compartment 2 is to be drawn straight therefrom so that, by holding it and pulling it to move along with the castor 22 equipped on the bottom of the hinder compartment 2, the user may drag the suitcase which is loaded with his personal effects as he or she moves from place to place, conveniently and effortlessly.
  • As an alternative embodiment, on the outside of both [0022] pressure pieces 26 and on both corners at the bottom inside the hinder compartment 2, may be applied an object retainer bag 262 made of PVC base tape tissue or webwork by sewing technique, or blower bag 27; and further as shown in FIG. 9, once the zipper 135 coincident on the rim of aforementioned retractile interlayer 134 is released of its sealing condition, the case lid 13 in its entirety may be protruded somewhat to allow for unrestraint expansion of the space interwoven between the partition net 132 and the interlacing crotch 122, so that optimum utilization of space is achieved with the invention to permit stowage of more personal effects as the user is about to move from one point to another, pat to the point.
  • What has been disclosed thus far is described with respect to but one non-specific embodiment of the invention serving by no means to restrict the application of the invention, and any variant, modification, amendment attempted by any person skilled in the art to the extent not departing from the scope of the invention claimed hereunder shall be deemed included hereunder.
