Abstract
An artificial flower and a frame structure fixing the bouquet's position, primarily comprises of a rounded tub-like frame, plate cover, fixed stick and the artificial flower. The stick of the artificial bouquet and the plate cover to be fastened together and rendered immovable; a hook on the plate cover is connected to the rounded hole of the tub-like frame. Then the holes on the bottom part of the depressed portion of the tub-like frame are connected into the hooks of the already fixed stick, forming an artificial potted plant.
Description
- 1) Field of the Invention
- The invention is a form of artificial flower and a frame structure fixing the bouquet's position. It primarily consists of a rounded tub-like frame, plate cover, fixed stick and the artificial flower. The tub-like frame has a portion depressing inwards, which have rounded holes, while the plate cover has cross-like rip holes. The bottom part extends to a stand with a smaller diameter, with the bottom of the stand having a drain, which in turn, extends to a hook. This allows the stick of the artificial bouquet and the plate cover to be fastened together and rendered immovable; the hook on the plate cover is connected to the rounded hole of the tub-like frame. Then the holes on the bottom part of the depressed portion of the tub-like frame are connected into the hooks of the already fixed stick, forming an artificial potted plant.
- 2) Description of the Prior Art
- Below is a comparative analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of using fresh blooms as opposed to using artificial flowers on the road partitions.:
- The advantages to using artificial flowers are as follows:
- 1. Cultivation of seedlings is not necessary.
- 2. It is not necessary to water them regularly.
- 3. It is not necessary to scarify the soil.
- 4. Fertilizer is not needed.
- 5. Pruning is not necessary.
- 6. We do not have to sweep fallen leaves.
- 7. Plants do not wither due to bugs.
- 8. They are able to withstand strong winds and heavy rains.
- 9. They are not affected by the weather.
- 10. Installation is convenient.
- 11. Changing of flower type is convenient.
- 12. Cost is low.
- 13. They do not pollute the environment.
- 14. The scenery is uniform and consistent.
- The disadvantages of using fresh blooms are:
- 1. Seedlings need to be planted.
- 2. They should be regularly watered.
- 3. They should be regularly pruned.
- 4. Scarification of the soil is necessary.
- 5. Fertilizer is necessary.
- 6. Regular changing of flower type is necessary.
- 7. Fallen leaves need to be cleaned up.
- 8. They usually wither or are eaten by bugs.
- 9. They cannot withstand strong winds and heavy rains.
- The secondary damage caused by the above disadvantages is as follows:
- 1. Waste occurs in the planting of seedlings.
- 2. Money is wasted.
- 3. The flow of traffic is affected during maintenance.
- 4. The possibility of workers being involved in accidents is high during maintenance.
- 5. The withering of the planted bloom is another form of damage to the earth's ecology.
- To promote environmental protection, artificial flowers should be planted on road partitions and fresh blooms should be planted where it is easier to take care of them and where there is an effect on the ecology in general. This is a form of respect for Mother Nature. Just think, what is man were to be consigned to living on a desert like no man's land like a road partition; it would make life real hard. Artificial flowers are made of cloth, silk, or plastic, completely eliminating the inconvenience and damage brought about by fresh plants. Furthermore, monetary and labor costs are greatly lowered; the scenery is not affected by the whims of the weather and the environment is not polluted. Therefore, artificial plants are the best choice for the greening of the road partition
- The invention's main purpose is to provide an artificial flower and a frame structure that fixes its position. This allows the stick of the artificial bloom and the plate cover to be fastened together and rendered immovable; the hook on the plate cover is connected to the rounded hole of the tub-like frame. Then the holes on the two sides of the depressed portion of the tub-like frame are connected into the hooks of the already fixed stick, making the assembly and installation of the artificial flowers faster and more convenient.
- The invention's major unique features and novelty are shown more clearly in the illustrations below:
- FIG. 1 is a three-dimensional drawing of separated parts of the invention herein.
- FIG. 2 is a three-dimensional drawing of the invention.
- FIG. 3 is a cross section drawing of the invention.
- FIG. 4 is an illustration of actual use of the invention.
- First, look at FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the three-dimensional drawing of separated parts of the invention and the three-dimensional drawing of the invention respectively, together. The invention primarily consists of a rounded tub-
like frame 1,plate cover 2,artificial flower bouquet 3, and afixed stick 4. The tub-like frame 1 has a gradatedportion 11, the bottom part of which has a portion depressing inwards, wherein the inner rim of thedepressed portion 12 has symmetrical roundedhole 14. Aplate cover 2, with the surface having cross-like rip holes 21 extending from the outer to its inner parts, the bottom part extends to a stand with asmaller diameter 22, with the bottom of thestand 22 having adrain 23, which in turn, extends downward to ahook 24, which is fastened to therounded hole 14 of the inner rim of thedepressed portion 12; - A fixed
stick 4, U-shaped, with ahook support piece 41 on its vertical portion, which extends outwards after the cutting and where there arescrew holes 42 on the horizontal portion; - An artificial bouquet of
flowers 3, with a U-shaped supportingstick 31, where theblooms 32 and leaves 33 are placed at the appropriate positions on the vertical portion of the stick 31: - The above detailing of the invention's assembly shows that the
stick 31 of thebouquet 3 and theplate cover 2 can be fastened together and rendered immovable, allowing thehook 24 of theplate cover 2 to be connected to therounded hole 14 of the tub-like structure 1, then theholes 15 on the two sides of the depressed portion of the tub-like frame 1 are connected into thehooks 41 of the already fixedstick 4, thus creating artificial plant. - Again, look at FIGS. 3 and 4, a cross section drawing of the invention and an illustration of actual use of the invention, respectively, together. When the invention is being assembled, first, a screw43 must be used to lock the fixed
stick 4 into the intendedposition 5, then connect thestick 31 of theflower bouquet 3 andplate cover 2, as well as connecting thehook 24 of theplate cover 2 into therounded hole 14 of the tub-like frame 1, then fasten theholes 15 on the two sides of thedepressed portion 12 of the tub-like frame 1 into thehook piece 41 of the already fixedstick 4, thus creating artificial plant. - There are numerous rows of drain holes16 on the bottom part of the tub-
like frame 1, allowing for drainage of rainwater to prevent the accumulation of water within the tub-like frame 1. - In summation of the foregoing section, the invention, which is able to connect a tub-like frame, plate cover, and artificial flower bouquet, allows for convenient assembly; it is easily installed and rendered immovable in any site. The structure of the present invention meets patent application requirements and is hereby lawfully submitted in application thereof.
Claims (2)
