  • 2) Description of the Prior Art [0003]
  • Below is a comparative analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of using fresh blooms as opposed to using artificial flowers on the road partitions.: [0004]
  • The advantages to using artificial flowers are as follows: [0005]
  • 1. Cultivation of seedlings is not necessary. [0006]
  • 2. It is not necessary to water them regularly. [0007]
  • 3. It is not necessary to scarify the soil. [0008]
  • 4. Fertilizer is not needed. [0009]
  • 5. Pruning is not necessary. [0010]
  • 6. We do not have to sweep fallen leaves. [0011]
  • 7. Plants do not wither due to bugs. [0012]
  • 8. They are able to withstand strong winds and heavy rains. [0013]
  • 9. They are not affected by the weather. [0014]
  • 10. Installation is convenient. [0015]
  • 11. Changing of flower type is convenient. [0016]
  • 12. Cost is low. [0017]
  • 13. They do not pollute the environment. [0018]
  • 14. The scenery is uniform and consistent. [0019]
  • The disadvantages of using fresh blooms are: [0020]
  • 1. Seedlings need to be planted. [0021]
  • 2. They should be regularly watered. [0022]
  • 3. They should be regularly pruned. [0023]
  • 4. Scarification of the soil is necessary. [0024]
  • 5. Fertilizer is necessary. [0025]
  • 6. Regular changing of flower type is necessary. [0026]
  • 7. Fallen leaves need to be cleaned up. [0027]
  • 8. They usually wither or are eaten by bugs. [0028]
  • 9. They cannot withstand strong winds and heavy rains. [0029]
  • The secondary damage caused by the above disadvantages is as follows: [0030]
  • 1. Waste occurs in the planting of seedlings. [0031]
  • 2. Money is wasted. [0032]
  • 3. The flow of traffic is affected during maintenance. [0033]
  • 4. The possibility of workers being involved in accidents is high during maintenance. [0034]
  • 5. The withering of the planted bloom is another form of damage to the earth's ecology. [0035]
  • To promote environmental protection, artificial flowers should be planted on road partitions and fresh blooms should be planted where it is easier to take care of them and where there is an effect on the ecology in general. This is a form of respect for Mother Nature. Just think, what is man were to be consigned to living on a desert like no man's land like a road partition; it would make life real hard. Artificial flowers are made of cloth, silk, or plastic, completely eliminating the inconvenience and damage brought about by fresh plants. Furthermore, monetary and labor costs are greatly lowered; the scenery is not affected by the whims of the weather and the environment is not polluted. Therefore, artificial plants are the best choice for the greening of the road partition [0036]
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
