In order to move the tools 18 and 19 on the vplate castings, a handle rod 81 is provided with a plurality of openings therein for pins 86. Furthermore, the diagonally oppositeV connection ofthe rod with the'plate' vcastings permits enlarging or reduction of the side of the object directly opposed to the model, when the turntables arefrotated relative counter-clockwise directions'. In other Words, by this arrangement, mirror images off the form are obtained in one operation.
FromY the foregoing description taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, it is to be noted that an even and uniform motion is `impartedto the turntables which are arranged in a common level or plane. Furthermore, the turntables may be moved along said plane or level at any desired interval without requiring any tedious adjustments, and rotated in unison or counter 'tov each other. Also, the cutting or working tools are adjustable to any angle for working in two dimensions thereby permitting Yeasy enlarging, reducing or reproduction of forms. The tools are mounted on an easily balanced beam which'moves about a pivot and which can be easily counterbalanced or moved about in a gyrating or swinging manner.
The essential features of the invention include a level base, a plurality of adjustably slidable and rotatable turntables and an easily operable pantograph device which is rotatable on its Vhorizontal axis and can be raised, lowered or swung about a pivot. Furthermore, said pantograph device is counter balanced and permits working invention.
