`3 Claims.
The object of this invention is to provide a weaving frame provided `with adjustable features in order that the user thereof may extend or diminish the size of the frame tovarious sizes in order that fabrics of different sizes may be Woven thereon.
Weaving frames of the knock-down character have heretofore been provided having adjustable features but such frames have been found objectionable for various reasons. Some types of these frames were provided with intereengaging notches but were objectionable in that, if the frame were dropped, or pressure brought toA bear against one of the individual elements of the frame, during manipulation,` the frame would collapse. shrinkage of the material of which the frame was made, the parts would become loose and the frame members disengage and the frame lose its shape. Other types of devices with? respect to theirv adjustable features were objectionable in that the individual members were,A not locked together and,` in order to adjust the frame to new positions the spacing of the members had to be t carefully measured in orderto square the frame.
kThe present invention overcomes 'the fore` going objections and permits the frame to be adjusted to different sizes and locks the frame members in positionagainst movement, provides for compensating for shrinkage of the frame material and ensures that the frame members will be retained in their adjusted position underfall` conditions.

The frame consists of four separable like members I. Each member, preferably constructed of wood, is provided with a series of slotsZat the top edge thereof, thereby providing a multiplicity of upstanding lugs 3 to which threads are secured for the purpose of weaving. Each frame member I is provided witha series of holes II passing entirely through the lower edge of the -frame member below the base of the slots. One end ci each frame member is provided with a wood screw 5 having al threaded post portion 6 extending beyond the end thereof a distance slightly 1in excess of the thickness of each frame` member.
