IMPROVEMENT IN NURSlNG-BOTTLES.
Specification forming part of Letters Patent No. 194,454, dated August 21, 1877 application filed February 10, 1877.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, MOSES ALEXANDER MICHAELS, of McKeesport, in the county of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania, have invented a new and useful Improvement in Nursing-Bottles, of which the following is a two parts, and provided with a screw-coupling for connecting said parts detachably with each other, as hereinafter fully described.
A represents the bottle, which is made of tin, Britannia metal, silver, or other suitable metal or material. The bottle A is made in two parts, one of which is provided with a male screw, a and the other with a female V screw, a so that the two parts may be secure- 1y connected together.
The screws a a? may be cast upon, soldered to, or otherwise connected with, the two parts, as may be convenient, or as may be most suitable for the material of which the bottle A is made.
This construction enables the bottle to be taken apart and easily and thoroughly cleaned,
so as to be kept sweet and pure.
Having thus described my invention, I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent- As an article of manufacture, a nursingbottle, A, made in two parts, and provided with a screw-coupling, a ad, for connecting said parts detachably, as shown and described.
