Like reference characters denote corresponding parts throughout the several views.
The envelope is formed from a single blank tion or larger compartment 1 which is slotted to form the flap 2 and scored along the edge 3 as denoted by dotted lines. Integral with the larger compartment 1 is the strip 4 which when folded along the lines 5 against the larger compartment or body 1 forms the smaller or first class mail compartment, said strip being formed with the flap 6 having the gummed portion '7, said strip proper being formed with the gummed portions 8, 9.

The flap 10 is now folded down along the line 11 upon the body portion 1 and tongue 13 and sealed to the latter along the gummed portion 12. In this event the front face of the completedenvelope will not disclose any flaps except the flap 6.
Referring now ,to all figures, the body 1 is formed with acut-out or window portion 21 which may becovered by a strip of glassine 'paper 22 in a well known manner to expose the address upon a printed form letter; or like mat,- ter, which may be inserted in the smaller compartment. be omitted and the address placed directly upon the envelope. When the envelope is occupied the ungummed flap 19 is folded along "the line 20 and preferably tucked inside the envelope between the flaps 14, 10 and the body 1. Withdrawal manually of this flap 19 permits ready flap, a narrow stripforrned laterally of said body. portion upon the side thereof common to said tongue, and aflapfor said strip, said strip being adapted to be folded back upon said body portion and said flap for disposal in said body slot, said oppositely disposed flaps being, adapted to be folded inwardly upon said strip and body portion. and overlapping each other,:. tongue being adapted to be folded against said body portion and said ungummed flap being then tucked in between said oppositely disposed flaps and said bodyportion. i
