It will be observed, also, that the pivotal connection'flfi of the handle bar 17'and the mount j ing of the roller 20 is such that the material between the pivot 16' and the shaft 21 constitutes one arm of a lever which permits the roller 20 to-bedrawn inwardly toward rollers 12 and 12a when the handle bar 17 1s rotated in a counterclockwise direction about the pivot 16 withregard to plates 8, 9, while when the handle bar is movedin a clockwise direction, theroller 20 will be moved outwardly with respect to the rollers 12 and, 12a.

To insure that'the expansion of. the closer 5 will not be beyond the desired limits, that is, not suflicient to break the metal of which the seal is formed, the cotter pin 25 may be inserted in the V proper-one of the group ofiholes 23 so that the outward movement of the roller 20 is limited to only such distance as will be required to make a proper seal.
