It is believed that the many advantages 15 of a device in accordance with this invention will be readily understood, and although the preferred embodiment of the invention is as illustrated and described, it is to be understood that changes in the details of con- 2 struction may be had which will fall within the scope of the invention as claimed.
What is claimed as new is v A device of the class described comprising a bracket, a ratchet rotatably supported by the bracket, said bracket having a vertically arranged part spaced from the ratchet and a top part extending over the space between the vertical part and the ratchet, said top pafi having an opening therein, a gravity actuated pawl of substantially inverted T- shape having its stem passing slidably through the opening with one end of its head slidingly engaging the vertical part and its other end engaging the teeth of the Q ratchet.
