To the usual cultivator foot carried by a shank secured to the machine, is connected an lmproved dlsk carrler, means being provided for locking the disk carrler in different positions of angularity in respect to the ordinary the mounting may be adjusted to different angles in relation to the foot and secured in the desired position. The mounting has a tapered thimble and the diskhas attached thereto a stub shaft or gudgeon whose head 39 is riveted to the inner face of the disk and whose shank is mounted in the'thimble, the parts being connected by a bolt running through the gudgeon and having a nut and r washer bearing against the thimble.
