' To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, JAMES E. SMITH, of Gloucester City, Camden county, New Jersey, have invented a new and useful Improvement in Pumps, which improvement is fully set forth in the following specification and accompanying drawings, in Which- Figure l is a "ertical section. horizontal section on the line 00' 3 My improvement is applicable chiefly, to
