Having thus described my invention, I

In a device of the character described, a flat circular blank, a series of eyelets positioned about said blank and adjacent the margins thereof, a receptacle secured to said go blank, said receptacle having extensions approaching the margin of said blank at the top and bottom and one side thereof, and cords engaging said eyelets so that said blank assumes the shape of a cap for head g5 wear.

In a device of the character described, a fiat circular blank, a receptacle secured to said blank at a point adjacent a portion of the margin of said blank, said receptacle hav- 80 ing extensions projecting laterally therefrom to a point adjacent other portions of the margin of said blank and secured thereto, eyelets secured to said blank in groups, said groups being spaced 90 apart with ref- 86 erence to the circumference of said blank, and cords extending thru said eyelets so that said blank assumes the shape of a cap for head Wear.
