A tool ofthe class described mounted for orbital movement and comprising a body member having an axial seat extending therethrough that is square in cross-section, an endwise movable square shift bar mounted in the seat and held thereby against rotation, said bar having oblique teeth on each face, circumferentially spaced abrading members having plungers mounted in transverseseats in the body member and having oblique teeth that mesh with the teeth on the bar, and means for endwise adjusting the bar.
