Thecoins in the other pockets of the carrier will fall therefrom, exteriorly ofthe support 5 and passthrough the entrance 16 into the vchamber 11. Y j

What I claimv is 1. In a coin controlled mechanism, the combination with a support provided with a slot and a shaft mounted in and projecting outwardly from saidvsupport, said slot having a beveled wall, of a coin carrier mounted on the projecting portion of said shaft and bodily moving therewith, controlling means for said shaft, said carrier opposing said sup,-l

, port and provided with a series of coin receiving pockets, one of said pockets having its edge beveled to provide for the discharge of a coin therefrom through said slot, at a point in advance from which the ycoins are discharged from .the Vother ofsaid pockets, when the beveled edge of such pocket regis-'-4 ters with the beveled wall of said slot, said slot being of rectangular contour and inclining downwardly from its rear towards its outer end andhaving the bevel of its wall inclining away from the coin carrier to form a continuation of the beveled edge of the pocket when the latter registers'with said beveled wall portion of the slot.
