Thisinvention relates to outdoor advertising structures, and more-particularly to bulletins, as distinguished from poster panel constructions. In bulletin structures, as is well known in the art, the structure includes removable panels designed for having portions of the advertising'applied directly'to the individual panels, asbypainting.
In such structures,it is frequently-necesm sary to remove the panelstherefrom, and one 1 eflicient means for supporting the separablepanel sections ina mannerjto take care of the tension and, compressive strains. the panels and the structure are subjected to when the parts are assembled in the desired operative positions.

Bracket member 2lis preferably made of relatively thick spring'metal, andis designed to embrace or partially embrace the two flanges" of therespectivecross-members 7, 8 i-anda'when applied-thereto. To this end, the angle between the'embracing portions of end-bracket is slightly lessthan ninety degrees, thereby afiording a clamping action when the bracketis snapped over-the flanges of the cross-members. .When applied in this manner, j tl'l members 21' are designed to be the desired operative positions.

Bracket'members 21 and their L-b'olts26 positioned on the members 7 and 8 may then be slid into operative,engagement with the Vertical sides of'the panels asshown in Figs. 2 and 3, the head portions'2'9 of thebolts projecting through the alined openings 30 of said panels. The tapered keys- 32 may then be positioned in the slots 31 of the head portions for drawing the-panels together and into relatively tight engagement with the forward edges '6 of the cross mem bers 7 and .8.
The elements 34 of the bracket members elevate the panels 6above the cross mem-ber 9 a sufficient distance to clear the Jbolts '12 employed in connection with the spacer members ll'or 11a (see Fig. 6).
,Thus it will be seenrthat the panels-6 maybe assembled on the framework of the-bulle- .tin 'structure,and readilyadjusted to thei'desired'position thereon, the bracket members 21 permitting said panels" to be slid along the cross-members 7 8and 9 in correct alinement. When the molding (not shown) has been applied to the structure, the panels may be easily removed withoutfldisturbing said molding byremoving theke'ys 32 and :sliding the bracket members 21 on the members 7 and 8 out of engagement with the panels,
