The pin-18.isoperated to'withdraw the same from theboresof tool 17, by swinging the hoe'` 15 outwardlyfromaerossrecess 186 'y i in thehandle, whereupon the head 18a of the pin is grasped: andthe pin slid orwithdrawn l outwardly :from positionacross passage 11.
The tool'17 isthenk moved through passage 1-1 untilthe-:desiredbore ofthis tool isin vregistry .with the pin, which iis then pushed inwardlythrough the bore andfholding: the tool inthe desired adjusted position. Y
The combination implement or tool as above described, with the combination screw driver anddraw-pinin its inoperative Yp0- sition withdrawn into handlepassagell, and with the scoop14, hoe 15 and venting rodl inftheir'inwardly folded and inoperative'positions along-and against the handle 10, as shown :particularlyin Figs. 1 and 2, then forms'and provides aI sprue plug forforming the sprue opening in the mold.'l This-is accomplished by placing the small endof the handle downwardlyvagainst thez drag7 -or lower half of-the inoldJand filling the 'cope, the upper :part vof the 'Hash with lsand,tamp f ing the sandV down, and then Vwithdrawing the handle 10, which thus leavesthe desired opening.`' li.' f-
