What I claim is:
1. In a device of the class described, the combination of spaced parallel primary members, auxiliary members beneath said 5 primary members, metal strips secured to the inner faces of said primary members, metal bushings extending transversely through said auxiliary members. said metal bushings, provided with annular flanges on their inner ends positioned below the lower edges of said blade strips and against the innerfaces of said auxiliary members, a spindle journalled in said bushings, said spindle provided with a central squared portion and a shear blade mounted on said central squared portion be- Ezreen said metal strips and primary mem- 2. In a device of the class described, the combination of two spaced parallel primary members, metal blade strips secured to the ,innerfaces of said primary members, a pair of front block-like auxiliary members and a pair of rear block-like auxiliary members against. the under faces of. said primary members and at their ends, detachable spacing plates between said blade strips and pri-, mary members, a pair of metal bushings in said rear auxiliary members and provided. on their inner ends with means for preventing 80 the displacement of said spindles off said auxiliary members, aspindle rotatably mounted in said, metal bushings, and a shear blade provided at its inner end with a depending portion fixedly mounted upon said 36 spindle, substantially as shown and described. I
In testimony whereof I hereunto aflix my signature.
