The objeet of this invenlzion is to produce a maehine whieh shall not only fill the dexnand for suitable road-seraper to be used in grading and leveling, bat shall also be ea.pable of read y oonversion iut0 a snow-plow for the purpose of clearing roads in winter; and the inveutiou consist-s in the construction and arrangement of the difi"erent parts 0f t-he 111aehine in such a warmer that; it may be reversed, as will be hereinafter fully deseribed, and ihen speeifically pointed outin the elaims.

In using the machine as a snow-plow it moves with its pointed end forward, throwing the s now to eaeh side; but when used for grading er leveling either end may g'o first, es the nature of the work demands.

Having iahus deseribed m y invention, I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, the following:

2. A triangular reversible scraper, provided with a tongueso construeted es to be attached ab eilsher end of l;he seraper, as and for the purposes sei: forth.
