Numerous types of humidiliers have heretofore beenproposed, butthese are not altogether desirable in thaty theyare productive of vapors which createaY fog on the conlines of a room wherein one of them-is situated and especially on the 'windows thereof; however, the greatest possible benefit is def 'rived from a uniform distribution of mois- -Lture inthe medium to be heated usually consisting of air,y such a distribution being impossible of attainment with known humidiiers of inexpensivedesign.
