This invention relates to an improved transport stretcher and is designed-for thethe frame are fitted spiral compression springs supporting an upper frame to which ,are attached boards forming the bed of the stretcher. i

On to the sides of the upper frame are pivotally connected collapsible curtain frames,

and on to one end of the said frame double hinged collapsible curtain supports and on to the end of the frame an adjustable hinged foot board.

Curtains are attached to the sides and head of the frame adapted to roll up and be fastened by straps; when unrolled they are stretched over the curtain frames.

What I do claim as my invention, and desire to secure by Letters Patent is:

1. A transport stretcher comprising a low- 'er rectangular skeleton frame, an upper frame having a floor therein, supported on the lower frame, collapsible side 1 frames pivotally attached to the sides'of the upper frame adapted to be moved to an upright,

position and held in such position by hinged clips attached to' the sides of the upper frame, roll curtains on thesideedges of the upper frame adapted to be unrolled and attached to said side frames, a foot board hingedly connected to one end of'saidupper frame, straps on the collapsible side frame adjacent to said foot board for maintaining said footboard in position, double hinged curtainsupport-s onthe other end of the upper frame adapted to be moved'in'an upright position,-a rollcurtain on said end adapted tolbe unrolled and attached to said double 5 hinged curtain supports in their upright position and held in such position by the over- I stretched curtain, straps on the side edgesland the end edgeof said upper frame-having the roll curtains secured thereto for maintaining the curtains in a rolled up positionyand a strap on the upper frame'for fastening amattress and pillows to the floor of said frame." 7 v 2.
