A towel cabinet having means to support a supply of'cleantowel therein, a feed roll over which a webof'clean towel may be stretched for deliv'eryto' the user, a stationary trough having a concave inner surface and also having openingstherein and whereto theloose end of the towel web may be delivered to lie thereon, and a roll geared 't-osaidfeed roll and having'a roughened surface operating through said openings in said trough and engaging the loose end 7 of the towel web to wind it into aroll. 8. 5. A towel cabinet having a feed roll in its upper portion, an opening below said feed roll and a trough like support below the opening, said support having a concave upper and nner surface and openings through its bottom, a shaft below said support and having feed rolls projecting into said openings, said shaft being geared to said first mentionedfeedroll.
