This invention relates to new and useful improvements in containers and more particularly to a device especially adapted for use in containing articles of jewelry and the like. The main object of the present in-- vention is the provision of a container divided into several compartments whereby var ous articles of ewelry are contained within the compartments so that they may be quickly and readily obtained when it is "desired to use the same. From the, above description taken in connection with the accompan ing drawings, it

will be readilyappreciate that a container constructed in accordance with my inven-' tion will be extremely useful for the travelling public, -due to the fact that this container may be'made up in various deslgns shown at 26, so as to provide convenient ous articles of v jewelry and small articles of wearing apparel so that they need not'be placed in a travelling bag or other container in a loose state, and when placed in my improved container will be always in position so as they may be readily obtained for use.

While I have shown and described the preferred form of my invention, it will be obvious that various changes in the details of construction and in the proportionsmay be resorted to for successfully carrying-my invention into practice without sacrificing any of the novel features or departing from the scope of the appended claim. v
