It is obvious from the foregoing description Aandthe drawing, that a compact and durable skateV of comparatively simple design-is provided, the relative positions ofv the wheels to the foot frame being arranged so that thev frame is in a central underslung position', the center of gravity of the frame being naturally lower than the wheel axles.

This VconstructionV will render 4the use of skates of this type comparatively safe and will relieve the ankles of the user of the strain occasioned by skates wher-e the frame is in an elevated position. mind, it will be readily seen that a highly practical skate of thectwo wheel variety is produced.
