The spacing bars 2T are mounted on theA end' frames A24 and 25 by adjustable brackets or supportsy 30 (Fig. 10,). Thesey supports 30 are provided With hook-like projections 31 adapted to, engage end lugs 32 on the frames 24 and 25,. and to firmly support the vibrator bars in position. The supports 30 are slotted .at 33 to receive the spacing bars and are preferably provided with three contact points- S whichv engage the end plates and provide a three-point bearing thereon. The latch 45' is pivoted on an arno 46 which in turn is mounted upon` the stud il previously de.s ni.bed.Y fllhe latch 45' furnis, a portion of' a three-armed lever or latch de.- vice having the. additional arins. 4,7 and 4,8;- The arno 4T' has a Projection 4,:9 engaged by a contact member or plate. 5.0. A screw 5,1 passes through the plate .5,0 threaded in the arm 47 and an additional screw 52 is threaded in the arm 48 and the point thereoi1 is received in a slight depression in the outer surface of the plate 50. rlhe plate is thus adjustably secured to the three-armed lever or latch device and maybe adjusted therein about the projection 49 as a pivot by tightening or loosening the screws 5l and 52.
The plate 50 entendsdownward into the path of a stud 54 (Fig. 4) mounted on one ot a series ot' swing arms 55 by which the vibrator bars 26 are oscillated. One of the arms 55'"L has an upwardly extending portion 56 to which is pivoted a U-shaped rod 57. The rod 57 passes through a rocking pin 58 in a projection 59 ot the actuator arm 40. A collar 60 on the rod engages the stud 58 on one side and a spring on the rod 58 is interposed between a washer 62 engaging the stud 58 and a collar 63 adjustable on the rod 57.
The actuator arm 40 is thus yieldingly connected to oscillate the arms 55 and to cause the stud 54 to periodically7 engage the plate 50, swinging the latch 45 out of the path of the shoulder 44. The arm 46 which supports the latch is also connected by a rod or link 65 to a shipper lever 66 in such a manner thatthe shipper will be released when the rod 65 is moved toward the front of the loom or to the lett in Fig. 1.
If one of t-he vibrator bars is held from angular movement by one of its drop wires, as fully described in my prior patent, the yielding oscillating movement of the arms will be prevented and the stud 54 will not move a sul'licient distance to remove the latch 45' from the path of the shoulder 44. Under these conditions, these part-s will engage as shown in Fig. 5, swinging the arm 46 to the lettto stop the loom. The parts may be very conveniently timed by adjustment of the contact plate 50 by means of the screws 5l and 52.
The vibrator bars 26 are preferably inserted in the stop motion through the end frame 25. For the purpose of supporting the bars 26 and conveniently securing them in position, I have provided the locking devices shown in Figs. 6, 7 ll and l2. The vibrator bars are of non-circular cross section and the ends of the bars are preferably inserted in bushings loosely receiving the bars 26 and rotatable in bearings in the end frame The bushings 70 are provided with heads 7l limiting inward movement thereof.
A locking plate 72 is pivoted at 73 on the trame and is provided with a series of openings 74 which are aligned with the bushings 70 and the vibrator bars 26 when the plate is in locking position. These openings 7 4 will permit the bars 26 to pass therethrough but will not aiiford passage for the heads 7l of the bushings 70.

'lo the trame 25 at 73 and lies closely adjacent the plate 72 on the outer' side thereof. r`fhe plate has no openings aligned with the bars 26 and thus prevents longitudinal movement thereof when in operative position. The plate 72 may be secured in position by a Cotter pin 76 (Fig. lllextending through an opening in the end of the plate but the plate 75 is provided with a notch or slot 7 7 (F 7 passing freely over the cotter pin 76.
In assembling the parts, the bushings 70 may tirst be placed in position in the end trame 25, after which the locking plate 72 is swung downward and is secured by the Cotter pin 76. The vibrator bars can then be inserted lengthwise through the bushings 70 and may be retained in position by the locking plate 75, being easily removed therefrom by swinging the plate upward when desired.
having thus described my invention and the advantages thereof, I do not wish to be limited to the details herein disclosed otherwise than as set forth in the claims, but what l claim is l. In a warp stop motion, an end frame, a plurality of vibrator bars of non-circular cross section, bushings for said bars rotatable in said frame, means to hold said bushings in said frame, and additional means to hold said bars in said bushing.
2. In a warp stop motion, an end frame, a plurality oi vibrator bars of non-circular cross section, bushings for said bars rotatable in said trame, a locking plate for said bushings having openings for said bars, and a second locking plate for said bars.
3. In a warp stop motion, an end frame, a plurality of vibrator bars of non-circular cross section, bushings for said bars rotatable in said frame, a locking plate for said bushings having openings for said bars, and a second locking plate for said bars, said plates being pivoted to said frame and being separately movable to and from locking position.
In a warp stop motion, an end frame, a plurality of vibrator bars of non-circular cross section, bushings for said bars rotatable in said frame, a locking plate for said bushings having openings for said bars, and a second locking plate for said bars, said plates being mounted for separate movement on said frame and a fastening device being provided for said first plate only.
In a warp stop motion, a pivoted actuating arm, a pivoted release arm, a shipper release rod connected thereto, a latch device movable by engagement with said actuating arm to operate said release arm and rod` a contact member adjustably secured to said latch device, and means to engage and move said contact member and to thereby remove said latch 'from operative position during the continued movement of said actuating member in one direction` 6. In a Warp stop motion, a pivoted actuating arm, a pivoted release arm, a shipper release rod connected thereto, a latch device movable by engagement with said actuating arm to operate said release arm and rod, a flat contact plate having a supporting bearing on said latch device, a pair of adjusting screws engaging said plate on opposite sides of said bearing to adjust said plate angularly on said bearing point as a pivot, and
means to engage said contact plate and to e move said latch device from operative position.
