1 Application filedqctober '27, '1920. Serial No; 419,856 7 This invention relates: to more particularly to firexpots and has for itsprimary object to improve upon vthe structure of fire pots as; shown in: Letters Patent No. 1,279A19' issuedxto. me September 17, 1918.
p of theinvention istoprovide an improved fire pot tobeused in conjunction with. a :boiler structure disclosed in said Letters ner. to permit the circulation of water through the fire pot whereby heat will be absorbed from the burning 'fuel'in a manner Another obj ect:
A further object of the invention is to generally improve upon furnaces and fire pots therefor 1 by providing an improved be simple, yet efficient at a comparatively low cost. 7 In order that those skilled have a full UIJdGI'StELIIdlDg of the invention,
I have illustrated a desirable andpreferred embodiment of. the same in the accompanying drawing forming a part of th s specifi cation,
in which like reference: characters refer to the same parts,- 1 I In the drawing:- 1 y '1 Figure 1 is a side elevation of the fire pot showing'the boiler construction fragmentarily. i

The fire pot about to be described maybe used with"a'boiler'construction of conventional form but is especially" adapted to be used with a boiler structure such as is illustrated in Letters the legs 10 circumthe casing of the furnace and suitably spaced from each other. The prefered form of the present 1' fire pot consists of a plurality of parallel furnaces l and 3 extending in thesame legs? Patent, constructed in a manother through suitable it 1 elbows 17 arejcommimicated with the legs 70 .1 vnipples 19' in this art may f and throughout the various views gure is atop plan View of the first from the bottom ring,

Other usages and advantages of this fire pot will readily occur to those skilled in the art to which this invention appertains.
Obviously, the invention is not limited and restricted to the precise, and exact details of construction as illustrated and described, because it is susceptible of a variety of embodiments, .and many minor mechanical changes may be made in such preferred incorporation of the invention Without departing from the substance or essence of the invention and without the sacrifice of any of its substantial benefits and advantages.
Having thus fully described my invention what I claim as new and desire .to secure by Letters Patent is In combination with ,a boiler, a fire pot comprising a plurality of superimposed hollow rings disposed in parallel relation with each other, the lowermost ring" having water inlets, each ring provided with openings, nipples connecting openings of each ring with openings of the next ring above the same, elbows disposed in pairs on each ring so as to be diametrically disposed from each other and means for communicating the elbows with the boiler.
In testimony whereof I aflix my signature.
