My invention is an improved hanger, particularly adapted to be used by funeral directors for hanging fioral wreaths on a wall.

Figure 1 is a front view of my hanger.

1 and 2, hinged together end to end at the rear by a hinge 3. The

1 and 2 may be made of sheet metal with side edge flanges l bent upon their rear side. The lower end 5 of the upper section 1 overlaps the upper end 6 of the lower section when the sections are unfolded into alignment with each other, thus acting as a stop member to prevent the lower section from swinging forwardly out of alignment with the upper section. A rearwardly extending hook 7 is secured to the upper end of the upper section 1 for engaging a moulding on the wall, whereby the hanger is suspended on. the wall. A hook 8 is secured to the front of the upper section 1 near the lower end thereof on which hook a floral wreath may be hung. A plurality of holes 9 are provided in the lower end of the lower section 2. One hanger may be suspended by its hook 7 from a wall moulding and another hanger may be suspended on. said first hanger by engaging its hook 7 in the hole 9 of the first hanger.

Vhen not in use, the

1 and 2 may be folded backwardly upon themselves on the hinge 3 so that they may be packed and carried from place to place.

A spacing arm 10 is hinged to the lower section 2 and may be extended from the section or folded upon it as desired. Nhen extended, arm 10 bears against the wall upon which the holder is hung, thus spacing the lower end of the holder from the wall and holding the wreath in an inclined position for advantageous display. 1 and 2 from buckling on each other while in this position.

If it is desired to use a shorter hanger, due to limitations of space or other reason, section 2 maybe folded upon section 1 and the holder used in the folded position.

Having described my invention. 1 claim:

1. A hanger comprising an upper rigid section, a hook thereon for suspending the hanger, a second hook extending forwardly from the upper section, a lower rigid sect-ion hinged to the upper section and provided with a perforation therein, an overlapping end formed on the upper section and adapted to engage the lower section when the two sections are in alinement, and a pivoted spacing bar attached to the back of the lower section.

2. A hanger comprising an upper section.

a rearwardly extending hook attached thereto whereby the hanger may be suspended, a forwardly extending hook attached to the upper section whereby articles may be suspended, a lower section hinged to the upper section, both said sections being formed of rigid material, an integral stop member on the upper section adapted to limit the relative angular movement of the two sections, said lower section being pro vided with a hole and a pivoted spacing bar attached to the back of the lower section.
