Referring specically to the drawings, andparticularly to Figures 1 and 2, my in- -vention in its present embodiment comprises a cabinet including a plurality of vertical partitions 15 arranged in pairs and suitably securedv within the pocket 16 of a wall 17. These partitions 15 cooperate with ether partitions 18 and with the 'wall 17 to provide within the pocket 16 a plurality of vertically extending compartments, normally closed by doors 19, 20 and'21. The compartments 19 and 2l are adapted to receive seats or benches designated generally at S, while the compartment 20 is adapted to receive a table, designated generally at T.

The table T comprises in the present instance a top made up of a 'main ,sectic 22, and leaves 23 hingedly supported on the main section so as to be folded to the upper side thereof when the latter is 'in extended position to thus permit of the table being `folded within the corresponding compart- A brace member 24 is .hingedly se ment. cured to the main section 22 at the point indicated at 25, while the lower end of the brace member is hingedly secured to a stationary panel 26 at the pointindicated at 27. This panel 2G serves to cooperate with the brace member 2a and the door 20 to completely conceal the table from view when the latter is in folded Aposition within the cabinet. v V

As clearly shown in Figure 3, the partitions 15 ofthe compartment for the table T are provided with inverted L shaped grooves 28 which are adapted to receive the opposite ends ofa supporting rod or pin 29 secured to the main section 22 of the table T by means of screws 30, as shown in Figure 5. The rod is mounted for sliding lmovement withinthe grooves 28 so as to permit of the table being moved from the horizontal position shown in Figure 3 to the vertical position shown in Figure 2, it being understood' that the rod moves to the lower ends of the grooves 28 when the table f is in folded vposition so as to allow the brace member 24 to occupy vertical position and the table top a corresponding position to permit closing'of the door 2).

The two seats shown in Figure 1 are 'identical in construction, consequently -a description of one will suffice for both. Each seat S comprises in the present instance, a seat portion 31 also provided at its inner end wit-h a rod 29, the opposite'ends of which are slidably and rotatably mounted in the inverted L shaped grooves 28 formed in the vertical partitions ofthe. corresponding compartment. The seat portion 31 is adapted to beand a leg portion 35. To brace the rod 29 and tocooperate with the leg portion 34 in vrigidly supporting the seat portion 31 in horizontal position,v a brace member 3G is hingedly connected to the seat' portion 31 at the point indicated at 37 and also to a panel 38 at the point indicated at'39. A'back 40 is detachably connected to the arm portion i34 by means of redessed plates 41 which, as clearly rshwn in Figures 9 and 10, are secured to the back 40 andare adapted to engage pins 42 secured to the arm, portion 34.

' The back 40 is mounted for. vertical swing- 'ing movementjto occupy folded or extended positions,'and to occupy -a position parallel with respect to the seatportion 31 when the two are iii-folded position as shown in Figure 2'; lToprovide -forthese movements,

a hinge 43 is secured to one edge of the backv 40 at its inner end -and pivotallymounted upon theadjacent partition 15 by means of a pivot 44. It will be understood that the pivot 44 allows of bodily movement of the :hinge 43 topermit the bac-k 40 being swung into or out of the corresponding compartments of the cabinet, while the two leaves of the hinge permit of the back being moved from the 4position shown in Figure 8 to that shown in Figure 2, or v ice versa. In the folded position of either seat S, as shown in Figure 7, the panel 38 cooperates with the brace member 36 and the door 19 or 21 to completely conceal the seat within the compartment. In'order to allow folding of the seat, it is necessary to detach one end of the back 40 from the'arm portion 34 so .as to permit the back being swung upwardly and then turned at right angles to occupy a parallel position with respect to the seat portion 3l. y

IVith the two seats S and the table T in fully extended position as shown in Figure 1'-, it will bemanifest that the seats occupy table,`are rigidly supported in extended po-` sition. lVhen desiring to conceal the seats and table, they may be returned to their respective compartments within the cabinet by Iirst folding the leaves of the table to permit swinging ofthe table top. to a `vertical position and into the corresponding compartmanner previously described and returned to rtheir compartments, whereby upon lclosing the doors, the seats will be concealed from View.

I claim as my invention:

In combination, a wall pocket, and a seat including a seatportion vhaving' a pinand-slot connection with the side ffoffsaid pocket, a base panel within the pocket, a brace member hingedly connected to the seat portion and the base panel, an end panel hingedly connected tothe seat portion and including a leg portion and an arm portion, and a back portion detachably connected to the end panel to allow folding of all 'of the seat portions, said back portion being mounted in the pocket to occupy a position at right nected to the seat portion and including a leg portion andan arm portion, and a back portion detachably connected to the end panel to allow folding of all of the seat portions.
