Supported within the valve casing .or bar-f rel 5' at the upper end thereof is a spider 9 to which an internally'threaded sleeve 10 is secured and which t-hreadedly'receive's the valve stem 9. From the: disclosureit' will be obvious that I have provided a simple and inexpensive blowofi' valve either nipple of which may be; used, as ablowoif or connected with the'feed water supply.
