Be it. known that I, SnisAKn KARASUDA, a citizen of Japan, residing at Kapaa, in the county of Kauai and Territory of Hawaii,
have invented certain new and useful 'Improvements in Chicken-,Feeding Troughs, of whichV the following is a specification;
This invention relates to-Iimprovements in chicken feeding troughs, and particularly to the type wherein the trough is supplied with feed from the hopper' having means Jfor icontrolling the liow of the feed into the hopper operated by the chickens.y
An object of theV invention resides in providing av device of the above mentioned character. wherein a. hopper Construction is provided with a pair .of end plates depending below the main body of the hopper, and supported on suitable supporting legs, a trough being provided between the lower ends 'of the end plates for receiving eed adapted to be dispensed yin predetermined quantities from .the hopper controlled/'by chicken operated controlling mechanisms for permitting predetermined amounts of heat 'to be discharged'-rom said hopper into the utrough upon eachv operation of @the Acontrolling means. y
