rlhis coliyholder is providedwith clampiiig bars 16 intended to engage the sheets ot copy and hold them safely while being copied t'rom upon a typewriter machines These clamps are made adjustable longitudinally of the eopyholder by being mounted u-pon bolts that pass through, and are ad-` justable, longitudinally, in the slots 1T so the said clamps may be adjusted to meet any lwidth of copy paper that it is found necessary to use.

Having thus fully described my invention, what I claim as new in the art, is:
1. In combination with a t \f'pe\\.'riting malchine, and an' auxiliary .carriage having a -reel arranged to carry wrltnig paper and carbon paper and yto teed such paper properly to the platen on the machine, said aux iliary carriage arranged to move longitudi- -Ially of the machine with the corresponding movements ot the platen, shafts revolubly mounted upon said auxiliary carriage for receiving and storing each used sheet of carbon paper separately trom the others, a pulley mounted upon the end ot eaclrot said shafts and a corresponding pulley mounted upon the platen shaft, a belt engaging said pulleys in such a manner that the revoluble movements of the platen will revolve all of said shafts, said shafts so arranged that the several used sheets ot' carbon paper may be automatically separated from each other att er printing, and each sheet stored upon its respective shalt. and the printed paper may be stored separately from them-bou paper.
