To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, JOHN L. YEAGER and ALBERT H. YEAGER, of Lainpeter Square, in the county ofLaneaster and State of Pennsylvania, have invented certain Improvements in the Construction and Combination of Mechines for Shrinking or the following is a specification;
