which the following is a specication.
My invention relates to a combined tool pouch and testing device especially adapted for an electrician in theiepair and testing of lines and apparatus.
It is a purpose of my invention to provide a device of the above described character which is of simple and inexpensive construction and which may be readily carriedon the belt of a repairman in position to facilitate testing without removing the device from the belt, the tool pouch being also carried in convenient position to permit the ready insertion and removal of tools used in the repairing of electric apparatus. I

Referring specifically to the drawings, in which similar reference characters refer to similar parts, the tool pouchror holder com# prises a sheet 15 of suitable material, such as stitching, a sheet of similar material 16. As
. shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the sheet 16l is secured along its marginal edges to the sheet 15 in such manner as toV cooperatev with the latter to provide a pocket, thegupper end of which is open vto allow of the insertion and removal of tools to and from the pocket. The sheet 16 is preferably molded into the shape lshown prior to its application to the' sheet 15 so that it is normally maintained in spaced relation to the sheet 15, as clearly shown in Fig. 2.
