Referring to the accompanying drawings, forming part of this specification. and in which like reference numerals designate like parts throughout the several views, 1 designates a metal casing having a starshaped door 2 pivoted thereto at 3. glass 5. In the top of the casing l is an opening with a cover 6 adapted to open or close said opening to allow the sound of the alarm to escape from said casing. A handle 9 has one end socured to the top of the casing l and the other end secured to the metal piece 7. Within the case 1 a rod 10 upon which the clock rest 11 mounted, said rest 11 being adapted to be adjusted up and down on said rod 10 to bring the clock directly in front of the openin in the front of the casing. The S; id rest 11 is provided with a set screw 12 by neans of which the rest is held in the desired position on the rod 10.

v Having thus described my invention, what 1 claim is:

.5; ClOCl-I casing having an opening in the top thereof pivoted cover for said opening, hinged front for said casing, a vertical rod within said case at the rear thereof, a clock rest having an aperture in the rear thereof through which the said vertical rod projects and a set screw to hold the said rest in the desired position on said rod.
