Any liquid remaining in the ou? after a discharge may' be emptied there rom by inclining the nozzle to the right to bring the recess 19 below the level of the liquid ,so remaining in the cup. The cup is filled, of course, during and at the end of every discharge.
So far as I am aware, there is no gasoleno hose nozzle provided with an automatic valve and means for sustaining the nozzle in position and holding the valve open, though can nozzles have had valves capable of being opened by holding the can in pouring position with the valve actuator against the vessel being lilled and pushing on the can to operate said actuator. Vessels have also been raised against4 a valve-actuator mounted on a faucet to open the valve and fill the vessel and all such are disclaimed.
